Estimated pickup was August 25. I had a trip to Anchorage planned for early September so it seemed like that was fine. August 25th came and went with no update. On the 28th I contacted customer support and they said the gun had arrived but wasn't ready to be picked up yet. My trip to Anchorage came and went. While there I stopped by the store but they said I couldn't pick it up yet... OK... Fine. I don't know when I'll be back to Anchorage, but whatever. Finally I got a notice on September 4th (11 days later than advertised) that my gun was ready for pickup. Well now I couldn't get to Anchorage for a bit. Should be fine right? They delayed me so they should be able to handle a delay from my end. I can't make it to Anchorage on the regular. I went to Anchorage today October 4th, to finally get my gun. I had multiple emails (the last from September 29th) saying my gun was ready for pickup. I go into the store and they couldn't find it. Then they told me that the order had automatically been cancelled because I didn't pick it up in time. They said I should have been automatically refunded. I hadn't. I also hadn't received any notice about this. I got a little heated and they threatened to kick me out of the store. Fine. I calmed down. I asked if the gun was there today. They said it was. I asked if I could buy it at the same price that I ordered it for (I ordered it on sale). They said they could not honor that. I walked out. I just got home from Anchorage and I double-checked my credit card and I still have not received a refund. They will be getting a charge-back from me as they have essentially ROBBED me at this point beyond wasting my time and being completely unhelpful in any way whatsoever. THIS STORE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

The employees here were friendly and the man who runs this store definitely knew his topics on sports teams, transactions, free agent signings, and player statistics. I came in here just expecting to browse, but I found several great items for my football team that I couldn't pass up. It took awhile before I had to make several decisions on what I wanted to buy. Being originally from San Diego, I found several cool items with the Chargers team name and logo. I found an Authentic NFL Jersey with #99 Joey Bosa, the Defensive End from Ohio State who was taken by the Chargers in the first round of the NFL Draft earlier this year. I also came across a large Car Window Decal with the Bolt logo, a Coffee Mug with the team name and logo, and a large Beach Towel that has the Chargers football helmet displayed with the team name. There were others that I really wanted but I decided to keep my budget in mind. A more detailed selection of items on any of your favorite sports team include leather wallets, wall clocks, street signs with the team's name, beer mugs, shot glasses, baseball caps, sweatshirts, winter jackets, fleece blankets, workout gloves, tees, and large flags to name a few. However, the best find in this store is that they sell NFL football tickets for any game in the country for the upcoming season! I saw tickets being sold for Thursday Night Football on Oct. 13th between the Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos and the Chargers at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego! Wow! They are not cheap at $900.00 for two tickets but the seats are in the 10th row behind the team bench at the 30-yard line! As much as I wanted to snatch those tickets up for such great seats, financial responsibilities and my computer certification studies brought me back down to earth. This was the first time I came across a sports novelty store that sold tickets like this. I plan to save up some money now so I can hopefully snag some good seats here in a couple of months if there are some still available. This is an awesome place for any sports fan and a great way to start a collection of items for your favorite team on any sport whether it's pro football, baseball, basketball, hockey, and college.

A helpful gentleman mentioned that if my size wasn't on the rack, they'd be happy to check a small supply in the back and also their downtown store. That's was great to know, since I forgot about the downtown location. They have a couple of dressing rooms for trying on items prior to purchase. Today, two weeks later I went to return the size 11 boots that don't fit., that have never been worn outside, and was told that I've been banned from returns. I didn't receive any emails about this, I searched my email and my spam and deleted folders, nor did I receive any snail mail. I've been a member since 2008 and have spent over $40,000 at REI over the years, I guess that doesn't count for anything. For outdoor gear, I recommend shopping local and going to AMH. (Alaska, mountaineering and hiking.) Update: now every time I buy something from REI a manager has to come up and tell me about what a bad consumer I am before I'm allowed to buy something from them.
