Phillip and Corbin were the movers and they did an exceptional job being careful from beginning to end. They padded everything down in the home and all the furniture was wrapped properly. I had few items needed to be reassembled which they did perfectly!! They were attentive to detail and careful to not ding or scratch any of furniture or the area of the home. I had just got new carpet and paint and they left it flawless without any issues. Meghan that answered/ coordinated move was very helpful and responsive to questions! I will definitely use again and request to have Philip and Corbin

No wrapping, no care shown to avoid dirty shoes rolling around inside of the coats. It's a friggin' mess. And I have a nice collection of silk ties; these were all balled up and thrown in a box. My wife also cut her hand on an exposed screw, because the wall fixtures we asked to be packed had the screws left in them. I hope she doesn't need a tetanus shot.

I will definitely look here in the future when I need to move again.

Total charge was 3600 plus tip, very pricey for 12 miles. Owner took advantage of the situation, very disappointed. I was nice enough to offer compensation for extra trip, charging me 300. It was not my fault to use the size of trailer not able to fit everything. they use trailer to move, need extra trip to move from little elm to plano, and charge me extra to make extra trip. We agreed on the price all inclusive, they use trailer which not able to fit is not my fault, and charging me extra?seriously? So disorganized in the packing , finding cleaning chemicals in with food products, costing me money to now replace food products. Then not labeling any of the boxes so a guess as to what is in the box. Loosing power cords to the couch having to dig around the shop to find them. Took a route to the drop off location that is not even along the way then claimed to be stuck at a train track for 30 min. ( the routes to take not one of them would put you on a train track at all ) I was charged for that time then charged for the time spent looking for items they lost. So over charged for the drive time and load and unload time both at least 3-4 hrs longer than needed. O and after telling them how a particular item was to not be broken they broke that item by not packing it with care. Highly disappointed in this service. When I let the owner know his response was "did they brake anything?" , gave 0 concern of the fact that they overcharged. I do not recommend them at all. Plus, they communicate quickly and effectively, which makes my life so much easier. That's the icing on the cake; after all the difficulties I've had in the past with other receiving facilities, it's such a relief to know I don't have to worry about the orders going to them. I highly HIGHLY recommend.
