Worst service ever! I pulled up before they opened. Saw people inside getting haircuts and knocked on the door. Asked if they were open, a man told me they didn't open until 9am. Went back to my car in their parking lot, which had a sign for resident and customer use. As I waited for them to open, a man came up, pounded on my window and told me to get out of the lot because I was in his spot. The sign in front of the spot said it was for customers and I pointed it out. He said he didn't care, he was the owner of the barbershop and to get out. The second time didn't come out quite as nice as the first time but nothing is ever as good as the first. But the third time that was just yesterday. I left thinking it looked great. I used Yelp to help with my search and Precise Barbershop had so many positive comments, I had to give them a try. When I entered the shop, everyone was very welcoming and everyone introduced themselves to me. So, I was introduced to Gabe, Gilbert, and Manny. Gilbert cut my hair today. This place can definitely cut hair. Only reason i'm giving it 3 stars is because of my last visit there. I've been going there for about six months now as a walk-in (non-appoinment) so I got a different barber most of the time. They all did a great job on the cut never had a problem with that aspect. With that being said, my haircut was usually between $16-19 since I had been going there, but the last barber charged me $24 for the cut along with a "facial hair" cut fee (approx. $8) that I was not told that I was going to be charged for. I literally have NO facial hair... you could literally cut any facial hair that I have off with not even two hand motions; something that I thought would have been a courtesy since most of my previous barbers have done so. I would have tipped him well too but whatever I guess... Really cool guy but that was just sneaky to me.. I won't be going back there but I enjoyed the cuts so it was good while it lasted, so just be weary to those of you who have facial hair. read more

FUCK this barbershop. Like with a capitol FUCK. Let me explain. Been here three times, and the last two have shown me how these people operate. First time I came some Asian guy cuts my hair, and i actually really liked it. So much in fact that I decided I'd come back whenever I needed my next cut. I went again, asked if they were taking walk ins and they said yes, sat down for 20 mins just to be told that I'd have to come back another time due to appointments. Fair enough, I thought maybe it was a fluke. I need another hair cut, so i call the barbershop at approximately 12:40 asking if they were taking walk ins and if I went in around 3 would I forsure be able to get my cut, and the guy responded yes. So I show up earlier then the time I asked, and once again l, while in the shop, TODAY, at around 2:15, ask me if they are taking walk ins and the 2 barbers tell me yea. I sit down, having one person in front of me, patiently waiting. One barber finishes his current customers cut, and instead of calling the next person up he sits down and starts eating, in front of all of us waiting. Which at the time I did not have an issue with at all, expecting to get my hair cut fairly soon. After his little food break he takes the next person in line. At this point is around 2:45, and next thing I know the barber that was eating his food tells me that he has an appointment for 3 and 3:30pm and that I'd have to either wait it out or come back. So the last two times I've been here I've waited for 20+ min just to be told I can't get a cut or I'll have to wait another hour. This shit is ridiculous. Only come here if you want to wait hours, and have douche bag barbers waste your time. Ps. While the barber was eating food he was talking shit about a customer he just had, INFRONT OF EVERYONE ELSE IN THE STORE. lol this place is a joke. read more

I went into the shop as a walk in. I asked how long they thought it would be they said "not too long only two people ahead of you." So I waited and waited and waited I understand that they had appointments so I expected the wait but after over 2hrs of waiting I realized I was not going to get helped anytime soon especially because there was a person who had been waiting even longer than I had. So it's a great shop but they should give a more realistic wait time or at least recommend we come back with a appointment if they know we will be waiting close to 3hrs for a haircut. read more

Got a cut by the barber named Kevin (I think). Amazing guy and he took great care in what I wanted and executed very thoroughly. The barbershop is very laid back and has a "homie" feel to it. All the barbers are very friendly and will chat it up with you while you are there. Kevin made sure he cut my hair the way I wanted every step of the way and it made me feel less anxious with the haircut. I was in the market for another barbershop, since I got tired of the poor service and poor atmosphere of my last barbershop. I walk in and I get greeted by every barber in the building. Not on a patronizing "WE WANT YOUR MONEY" type thing, either, I sit down and the head barber lets me know, who he is, how many people are ahead of me, and that they would get me in the chair as soon as possible. Right off the bat I was pleased. Got in the chair, barber introduced himself and the other guys, asked me what I want and worked his magic, struck up nice conversation throughout.
