First off, everyone greeted me as I walked through the door, every station was clean, vibes were right, and music was great. Moments later, Manny introduced himself, got me setup in his chair, asked what I wanted, and got to work. The professionalism, cancer, and warm demeanor of not only Manny, but everyone in that shop, is part of the reason I keep coming back after a little over 3 years of fierce loyalty. When I asked if walk-ins were accepted, I was told if I could return the following day and was simply turned away with a "sorry." I needed the service that day otherwise, I would have waited and gone to my regular barbershop. I chose this place based on proximity and Yelp ratings, but there was no real flexibility when it came to walk-ins. As a local resident, I decided to try a new shop closer to home. By 3 PM, all three barbers were already booked. While it's great for the business to be fully scheduled suggesting they must provide excellent cuts it was disappointing to be turned away at the time I arrived. Wishing them well in the future.

Even though I was a last-minute appointment, he took his time and made sure everything looked sharp. I asked about a beard trim, and he mentioned he didn't have enough time, which was totally understandable, but he still went out of his way to line up my upper beard. That extra effort really stood out. The shop itself is small but full of energy and personality. You can tell the barbers here take pride in their work and care about their customers. I am so glad that I peaked in and asked if they also cut women's hair, and that Rocia was able to fit me in for this fabulous hairstyle.
