You select the one you want, an associate programs the machine and loads your new tag. Then you take over the keyboard by selecting how many lines you want. The next step is typing what you want on the tag and selecting a font. Final step is proofing and hitting the engrave button. When it's done engraving, you've got a fashionable tag for your new family member. The other item I needed was a coupler. I needed it for the seatbelt restraint. Instead of securing one dog, I now needed to make sure two dogs were safe while riding shotgun. Space is set up with some fun and unique doggy items up front, and the services in rear. Nail trims went off without a hitch-very friendly and capable staff doing the work, and I liked that they dremel sand the sharp nail edges! Staff then helped get us set up at the two wash stations.
