I hired these folks for the first time to powdercoat engine parts. I was quoted $300 over the phone…read morethen told it was going to be way more after arrival. The guy I dropped the parts off with did nothing but complain about the "oil" and the hours it will take to tape. Eventually we settled at $450. I was told three weeks lead time. Called after 2 weeks to ask where the job was at. The person I spoke with told me another 3 or 4 more weeks until they could get to it. I told them they need to work on their communication because now we are talking something totally different. He told me to come get my stuff. I arrived to pick up my parts found on their front steps with the door locked and the "OPEN" flag out. Although I didn't get the chance to use these guys, they were unprofessional from the beginning. I understand COVID has taken its toll on small businesses and the demand for laborers, but you need to provide some level of customer service and communication for there to be grace. The fact that I had to wait 2 weeks for you guys to dump me is ridiculous.
