Upon arrival they setup their equipment and started immediately after measuring the square footage (2,100). Mike, the sealant applier/spreader, was an artist using my asphalt as his canvas. The end result is OUTSTANDING! I asked him if it would make him nervous if I watched --- he was not. He missed one dime-sized spot, which I showed him and he promptly handled it without a frown. We have all had someone who takes exception as we address any error he/she may make. Not Mike; he is very conscious of customer service and satisfaction. Paul, the owner, is very quick to respond to emails with my questions and/or concerns. Overall, this company is CLASS from top to bottom. Making a long review longer: Their work is exceptional, the cost is extremely competitive and the FIRM is highly recommended (by me) to use for your asphalt sealcoating needs. They saved me three days of recuperation from lower back pain. That alone paid for the application. I hired these folks for the first time to powdercoat engine parts. I was quoted $300 over the phone…read morethen told it was going to be way more after arrival. The guy I dropped the parts off with did nothing but complain about the "oil" and the hours it will take to tape. Eventually we settled at $450. I was told three weeks lead time. Called after 2 weeks to ask where the job was at. The person I spoke with told me another 3 or 4 more weeks until they could get to it. I told them they need to work on their communication because now we are talking something totally different. He told me to come get my stuff. I arrived to pick up my parts found on their front steps with the door locked and the "OPEN" flag out. Although I didn't get the chance to use these guys, they were unprofessional from the beginning. I understand COVID has taken its toll on small businesses and the demand for laborers, but you need to provide some level of customer service and communication for there to be grace. The fact that I had to wait 2 weeks for you guys to dump me is ridiculous.

I also asked about getting some more sound out of the exhaust while I was there and I had some pretty strict requirements for what I wanted / didn't want but Lous provided some great recommendations and did the modification that I ended up choosing while I was there also super fast and at a great price. My car sounds absolutely perfect now, it's exactly what I wanted! The waiting area is well thought out and large they even had a puzzle on a table to put together, seems like people just kind of contribute to the puzzle while waiting which is a pretty great idea. They also have an arcade game, couch and TV so even though service is very fast it's easy to hang out and wait for your work to be completed.
