Broken pipe and wall, ceiling, and floor repair work aside we were also without water while we needed to search for the source. It was an insanely busy weekend for plumbers or any kind of emergency repair work and there were many, many folks far worse off than us. We'd been ghosted by a plumber and put on a list several days out for an appointment with another. Just as we were staring down 48 more hours without water David responded to my message, said he was on his way, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with the pipe fixed and water restored. Very nice guy, fair price, and he even fixed a minor issue with our kitchen sink while he was here. We're very happy customers and look forward to working with him again on some general non-emergency updates!

They arrived on time, installed a Rinnai Propane hot water system in one day and focused on every detail down to the painted white board the whole system is mounted on. This place stinks! Find somewhere else to purchase your tile. The customer service is horrible…read moreand they are extremely overpriced. I placed my order and was told it would be in on Tuesday morning. It was almost noon so technically it's still morning, yet only part of my order was in. They didn't notify me ahead of time or apologize just said that the distributor made an error, forgot to include it on the truck but promised that it would be there on Friday. They do NOT deliver so you have to pick everything up. Went there on Friday but they still didn't have everything...had to make another trip back to get the rest of my order. No apologies, no discount for the trouble. It's a 35 minute drive there every time it's not like I live around the corner. My advise, get your tile from Lowes or Home Depot. They are less expensive, the quality is the same and they care about their customers!
