Decided on Tuesday I wanted my truck detailed. Shot Brad an email from a few choices Google gave me. He promptly got back to me with a very fair price so we set an appointment for Friday morning. He texted me promptly at 7 with his address. He would have picked up my truck or given me a ride back to my motel. As I said, very flexible. I chose the later. He called later in the morning and told me my truck was finished. I was out on an atv ride and told him I would pick it up later. So I just picked up my 2018 Ford f350 and it looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealer with 10 miles on it. Spotless! I'm going to plan on having Brad detail my truck whenever up in the Gorham area which is about 10 times a year. Give this guy a call. I promise you won't be disappointed

We had a thoroughly disastrous experience with this owner. After three no shows/ no call, and a 5…read morehour late, we asked for some notification if he wasn't coming. We were told to " Get off our high horse" and that he " didnt tolerate attitude". Left the job unfinished and our front lawn in worse condition than before he started. This is a very angry, unstable, unpleasant man. He was supposed to do a sprinkler system, loam and hydroseeding. We got none of that for our $400 deposit. He scraped off what grass we did have, as he said we had " grubs", then refused to continue, saying we " attacked him" and plowed it back back on, and hand sprinkled some grass seed. We now are hiring an actual landscaper to repair the damage he did to our property. He actually tried to accuse us of " stealing his equipment" ( to install a sprinkler system) which he left here for 2 weeks. We, in fact, put it way out back so no one would walk off with it. We were scheduled for the week of May 15 to May 20th. Weather was fine that week. Middle of june we had nothing but a mud front lawn. Thank heaven we only lost $400.00. We did nothing wrong except ask this individual to let us know if he wasnt coming. My hubs was recovering from hip replacement surgery and had physical therapy appointment s which we changed to be here on property, which we always do when hiring workmen. That simple request enraged this unstable person enough that he left us in a mess. Be very, very careful if you decide to hire this person. He knows what he did and can spin this any way he wants to. Both he and we, know the truth.

He was also very rude about that and was being condescending. Ironically our entire conversation and receipt of payment for our last job was still there so him saying he doesn't know me or never did work is a lie as there is the proof below.

American Mechanical & Plumbing was recommended by someone on a local community Facebook page so I contacted him by phone. He was very easy to talk to and he confirmed my suspicions about the old well line being no good. He recommended trying to lay a temporary poly line above ground but given the distance and grade it just wouldn't work but it wasn't from lack of trying. Jeff and his partner tried for a few hours with no luck and then only charged us for the fittings. Fast forward a week and we had another great guy doing all the excavation and he and Jeff linked up and came up with a plan to get water back on. Excavation guy did his thing and then this morning (July 12th) he showed up and had everything connected and water flowing in two hours. He came up with the idea to ditch our old shallow well jet pump and put a pump in the well with a 20 gallon pressure tank in our basement. What an upgrade. We really can't recommend him enough. I'll be passing his name along to anyone who needs a great plumber. Thanks Jeff and crew @ American Mechanical & Plumbing!! The Waters Family
