Dale and Susanna (not sure of the spelling) are great - my mother is elderly, and we've finally convinced her that having someone to move things can help - her reply is that Dale is always willing to help her. The most recent interaction, which compelled me to write this, was a call for cleaning that we made recently. They quickly found a time, went over what we wanted done and have scheduled service. We are now in September 2026 and A1 appliance is unable to locate the receipt for the purchase in order for us to submit it to GE for a refund. They "have no record of the purchase." We have waited more than a week now and have received no word from A1. In the meantime, we have a repair company coming, and we have to pay a diagnostic fee. Would simply like A1 to stand by this product and repair it, but it is very difficult to get A1 as their business hours are extremely limited and when I could reach them, their ability to respond to concerns and needs seems almost nil at this point. They have not been responsive in standing by their product or work. Would never do business with this company again. There is no "deal" here unless you receive a new appliance from them that has no problems.
