More importantly, the contractor they hired to do the installation did a really fantastic job (and was professional and courteous). It looks great and the windows (we went with vinyl replacement) are very nice quality. In fact, we were so impressed, we're already planning to hire Loranger to replace more windows this fall. Only drawback: During the period between quote and ordering, I found communication to be a little poor between sales rep, contractor and me. I felt like I was begging them to take my money and order the product! Once windows were ordered, however, everything was right on schedule and budget as promised.

When I did get someone on the phone, I asked them to print out our order so I could see what we had and the quantities, and was told "We don't have that". What does that mean exactly? The response I got was "It's just on scratch". What's "scratch"?? He replied, "It's somewhere on my scratch pad". Wow. So that pretty much summed it up. We decided to take our business elsewhere, to a company that takes their customers and their projects seriously. This place is a joke.

She sent out a crew right away, recommended the BEST excavator- Bill Wight- who redid the entire trench-and if you need an excavator Bill is the very best of the best- answered all our questions, sympathized with the awful position we were in, did incredible quality work including sending her crew to make sure we were squared away for winter.... I could go on. If you need a well dug, BEWARE of the scurvy dogs who will take your money and run. Western Maine Water is honest, helpful, fairly priced, and ethical. I'd never try anywhere else.

We had no running water unexpectedly. My elderly mother lives with me and she definitely can not go without running water for long. They answered any questions we had and before leaving they asked if we had any other questions before they left. Their personalities were easy going, happy-go-lucky, and friendly. They seem to really love their work. I don't think people will be disappointed when hiring them.

The grout was defective or mixed incorrectly. The grout could not be cleaned and started falling out after a few months. The overwhelming answer, was Anderson. I called, a gentleman answered, asked for our address and said his guys would be there in a bit. He also told me how much it could cost, depending on what had to be done. Two men pulled in a large truck, with a large tank. I had already removed the snow from ground where our septic was. They knew exactly where it was, it took them just a few minutes to dig them up and to take the covers off. He showed us how and where to pull up a filter and clean it out, so there would be less back up. They then did the dirty and finished up. They recommended we get it serviced annually. We will, with them, Anderson septic. They were fast, polite, knowledgeable, and just very very nice. Form call at 8:30 am to the job finished by 12:30. Amazing. We thank you ! We would recommend them to anyone !

Chris was booking a few months out when we first reached out, but I can confidently say our fence was worth the wait. The materials are high quality, reasonable pricing, the attention to detail is excellent, and everything was done with both function and appearance in mind. You can tell Chris takes a lot of pride in his work and stands behind what he installs. His crew also worked incredibly hard through some seriously hot summer days, and we really appreciated the care they put into everything. My husband and I absolutely love how the fence turned out and our two dogs may be even happier than we are!
