He then said he'd have a quote sent to me the very next day, it's been over two, almost 3 weeks and I can't get him or his office to answer me, and still never got a quote. Another local company I called was here the next day for a quote, and came back to do the job within 3 days of quoting it. Do not use TravCo plumbing. upon telling people about this experience I've found out it's par for the course for them. Take your business elsewhere.

When I called to ask about this, the owner explained it was for a part that cost that much - however, the plumber had quoted it at $80 when he was installing it. At no point were prices clearly communicated for parts or labor. Apparently, they start billing you as soon as they start driving from their previous client - which I have no control over how far away that is. The plumber complained under his breath during most of the appointment and never introduced himself to me. The owner shrugged me off when I called and asked for more transparency in pricing moving forward. Would not recommend.

Each time she has been prompt, professional and proficient. She communicates well, is courteous and efficient, and keeps everything tidy.
