Also dug up her basement concrete floor in an area where there were no pipes. When asked to provide the snake video that showed the clog, they only sent a video that showed water flowing, the "after" video. When asked again, they sent the same "after" video. There's no evidence that video is even from her pipe. There's also no evidence they did anything except make a big mess and collect a big check, as her plumbing issue wasn't fixed after they were gone. I know of many other examples where they have done, or tried to do, the same thing. Complete criminals that deserve whatever consequences are coming to them. The photo shows what your yard will look like if you hire them, regardless of what your plumbing problem is.
