Called over the weekend, and an automated message said they ARE NOT a 24 hr service (contrary to what the web says..). Left a voicemail. Jorge did return my call Monday morning before 8 a.m. , however offered no apology and no help. Didn't offer to come out and re-snake the drain. Didn't, offer a refund for a job obviously not performed correctly/fully. The initial call only cost $99. I did tip Jorge $60 for coming out out on Christmas Eve eve (Dec 23rd) For $159 it was a lesson learned. DON'T USE ARNOLD & SONS for drain clearing. It's been a month and I still have not received refund. Filed with BBB they answered and said "After looking into it, it looks like all monies have been refunded for the work that has not been completed. The customers paid for what has been completed." I saw a credit on my credit card account and thought they refunded it, but it was a provisional credit from my credit card company. These people did no work for the $2000. I paid $80 for them to say pipe was clogged and have a camera ran in the pipe. I am 67 and disabled.
