Scott Sauder should take pride in his company and his crew…read more I'm an HVAC contractor of 15 years specializing in new construction and remodeling. I have seen the best and worst of every trade. 360 Electric ranks among the best. Quality: Mark and his crew just finished helping me with a substantial amount of electrical repair in a nightmare situation. When they left the difference was night and day. Walking into the house initially there was spaghetti wiring with wire nuts everywhere and not always inside boxes or even inside the walls. By the time they left everything was working and properly secured and safe. Communication: Darrel and Mark both communicated with me every step of the way. There wasn't a moment I felt left in the dark or that I was going to be blindsided by anything. Work Ethics: After Mark and his crew left the job site I went through and inspected everything. There wasn't a single spot where I felt corners were cut or where they didn't take care to do the best they could given the circumstances. Their concern about doing quality work is second to none. Value: I was given a clear and upfront quote in the beginning of the job. I was made aware that there may be changes to the pricing once walls were opened up or if they run into any unexpected problem. That's just the nature of the business and I understand that. Even with the change orders I requested the price was more than fair. 360 Electric has instantly made themselves my go to company for all future projects that are to come.

The "plumber" (ie the sales guy) who showed up, tried to sell me a package up to $2,500 to replace all the valves in the house. He had no interest in fixing the valve with an ongoing leak. The following week I had a real plumber diagnose, and he fixed the valve for $200.00.

They receive one star for customer service. Literally, no work was done because they said more demolition was needed, ok fine. He was here for 30 minutes or less, we had a conversation about what would need to happen, and he left. Then a few weeks later I get a bill for $97 for an hour of labor. After a call, they were completely unwilling to adjust, even after I offered to pay half to cover the 30 minutes he was there. This turned into a consultation, for which I offered to pay for the time he was in my home but they don't work that way. They take your money even if they aren't actually providing the value and never tell you up front what the minimum charge is. So glad I found someone else to do this work.

I hired Kaiser to do three electric panels as well as service and knob and tube replacement in an…read moreold house. Around ~$7k worth of work. Once it was done, I went in and found a cracked new light fixture, knob and tube still there, drywall not replaced where they put the panels, leaving a void in the wall and upon my HVAC guy shocking himself because they had marked a wire wrong from a box, I asked them to come back in and correct the issue. Specifically asking them to make sure the right boxes are powering the correct sides of a duplex which I was told would be checked out. I was told that was done and the best I could tell, it was because some of the visual things were taken care of (except hole in wall and knob and tube left). Fast forward many months and me paying them already, I find that there a ton of wires powering wrong sides of the duplex. I discuss with them again and they tell me they don't believe that's their issue as they only replaced the boxes, even though I specifically asked them to make sure this was not the case the second time out. I asked them to contact my handyman that knows the issue way better and they didn't even bother to call from what I'm told. Nor did they bother getting back with me after that conversation. I came to Kaiser because I thought they were the best. I hire Union electricians because I wanted it done right the first time. They showed they're no better than anyone else, they just charge WAY more. I now get to pay someone more to come in and fix their shortcomings. I'll never use them again! They claim one thing and do another. Would have been very easy to make this right, but they chose not to care enough to even know what it would take.
