Got 2nd opinion & decided to canceI call them Mon afternoon & told them I wanted to cancel & I wanted my $2000 down payment back the girl told me she can't but she would give it to right person.Minutes later I get a call from very rude & yelling Jessica told her I was canceling &wanted refund of $2000 & never received receipts or copy of the contract. It's been a month and I still have not received refund. Filed with BBB they answered and said "After looking into it, it looks like all monies have been refunded for the work that has not been completed. The customers paid for what has been completed." I saw a credit on my credit card account and thought they refunded it, but it was a provisional credit from my credit card company. These people did no work for the $2000. I paid $80 for them to say pipe was clogged and have a camera ran in the pipe. I am 67 and disabled.
