He hand-selected the plants for our home, making sure they were not only the healthiest but also quite mature. We had a small last minute glitch when a neighbor objected to a specific tree that was to be planted on the lot line between our two homes. After much discussion it was decided that the tree would be moved to the parkway, which Gary and his crew took care of immediately to keep the peace. They stayed well into the evening to complete the job instead of returning the next day. They cleaned up the entire front area once the work was completed, and Gary returned the next day to go over care/watering instructions. Not only that the plan reviewer told the Burnham person to take the plans to the next countertop so they can start their process and instead he walked out the door with the plans. Nothing but wasted time. Blaming the county is just wrong. My store was to open in early January 2020 but because of delays on their part it did not open until March 6, 2020. Once the permit process begins, you'll be assigned an entry-level type person (out of college?) to handle the mundane task of getting all the needed stamps for your permits and drawings.
