The young lady said that they didn't have all my wife's SS number so they couldn't check before. My wife and I said no we want to wait the three weeks and that man said that I would have to pay due to canceling. I was shook, I said I'm not canceling, I'm right here and you guys didn't get our insurance information properly and timely. That man was trying to get me to use my health insurance rather than the union and pay $60 dollars. I said I'm not canceling, you didn't have my information, he said "call it what you want but you're still not being serviced today" He also didn't want to give us another Saturday appointment when we asked to reschedule because we "cancelled". Definitely do not come here, it's already giving red flags. The young lady in the front working there was very kind though. Lots of 1 star reviews on Google so pay attention. It took a few visits between Eye Solutions and iLOOK to finally find the frame that I really like. I enjoyed their customer service at iLOOK. Very honest and courteous staff. And they do not pressure you to purchase with them. I would recommend iLOOK and will definitely come back for my next replacement

I asked if there is anything they can do, and all the rep said was nope, there's nothing we can do and it's only 1 year warranty. I barely used these glasses as they are not my daily glasses, always stored in the manufacture glasses holder. The only eye glass cleaner i use are the ones sold by them with their brand. They don't offer much help and basically 1 year after purchase date, they're basically saying to get out. Might want to rethink on the quality of glasses they sell and the customer service they provide. Elsewhere is better. They don't even offer services for repair or any solution to it. Nose bridge piece is already chipping off and flaking causing discomfort to wear. Honestly im just pretty upset about their customer service.

They've changed management a few times since then but its always been an eye doctor and place to purchase glasses so I stuck with them when I began to get more regular checkups. The office staff is friendly enough and process everything carefully according to my observation. I've seen other Yelps note that they are unprofessional here and I've not encountered that yet since the regular visits began for me some two plus years ago. They aren't there to chat you up and instead get your appointment in and attend to other patients. The examination equipment is very thorough and modern. I think I sat at 6 different machines that got a particular test or scan done before I would sit and talk to the doctor who would look at that information and me once again. I felt that all of the doctors were very good at patient handling. When it came time to finally need glasses, some 2 years ago now for near sightedness, I was hesitant since I never wore them before and they helped me find a pair that fit me well and that I liked the look of. I didn't go into this aspect of my life all that willingly but hey you stare at a computer doing tech work and web journalism, you are bound to need them eventually. There is free WiFi on site and they take most insurance which I guess is the most important factor. That's all I have on this one.

I was there a couple days ago and I had to wait for 45 minutes to see the doctor when my appointment was at 4 o'clock and I was there 10 minutes early so in total I was there for an hour. Then, Dr Lazzaro prescribed me a eyedrop to my pharmacy and told me that it would be covered by my insurance. 30 minutes later the pharmacy calls my phone and tells me that the eyedrops that he prescribed are not covered by my insurance. I had to call back in order for him to give me the correct eyedrops that is covered by my insurance and he did have a sample of the eyedrops at his office that he could've gave me while I was there just in case. My overall experience I wish that it went a lot smoother than it did because Dr. Lazzaro is a great doctor.
