A visit to Dr. Zellner's office is always a pleasure for more than one reason: His staff is friendly and efficient, the office is modern and creatively decorated (with zig zag windows, a big beautiful eye and the surprising bathroom must be visited). To top it all off, Doctor Zellner is not only an excellent, efficient, experienced knowledgeable ophthalmologist/surgeon, he's also got a great sense of humor! The answering service let me know they couldn't make an appointment, but that they would relay the message to the receptionist, who would call me upon the office opening at 8AM. Well, I am glad to say that I found another doctor, because it is currently 11:30AM and not only have I not heard anything back from this office, I was welcomed into a new practice who had a sense of urgency in helping me. I will no longer patronize a doctor's office who has no sense or urgency or regard for their patients. If you choose this doctor, bring your knitting, music, and a good audio book. Planning on settling in for the long hall. And for heavens sake, don't make any other appointments for later in the day.
