    Garlic crispy pork belly
    Jennie M.

They have a dedicated multiple pages long gluten free menu! I'm not used to having that many options so took me a while to figure out what I wanted to order haha. I ended up ordering the garlic crispy pork belly which was both gluten and dairy free. I appreciated that the waitress confirmed with the kitchen for me. It was super flavorful and delicious! It came with a side of steamed broccoli and carrots. Portion was generous. The place itself is cute. I was sitting by the window on a cold day and they brought a space heater over to make sure we were warm enough. We had a lovely dinner experience.

Had another amazing meal at PraiNam Thai Restaurant & Bar tonight. We started with our favorite curry puffs (I could eat so many of these!) and the chicken satay. For our main courses we ordered from the NEW summer menu. We shared the red snapper which came with this dynamic mango slaw, and we shared the hot pot with the most buttery prawns and the broth was so rich and flavorful with mushrooms and veggies. For dessert we had the fried ice cream which came with the coolest display! We also had some cocktails, last time we were here they didn't have a liquor license yet, the cocktails are so flavorful and creative. We loved our waitress Honey and it was so great to meet Chef Brian when he came out with the flaming ice cream. So excited to try more from their summer menu and so excited for leftovers tomorrow * also although I am not gluten free they have a HUGE gluten free menu!

50$ worth of soup. Pictured is the wonton soup and the ton Yum soup at around 16$ each

We ordered takeout from here and were shocked at the quality and quantity received. The soup was maybe three spoonfuls for $15 each and the Seabass was all fried barely any meat. Unacceptable for the price definitely will never order from here again.

Pineapple rice in a real pineapple

The food is not only Delicious, it's served as if you are royalty! It's presented so beautifully you don't want to spoil it! The drinks are Awesome too!

They have a beautiful dining patio outside and a humble interior. The bathroom is easy to get to and spacious. Everything is at grade level which is even better for handicapped people. I had a party of six and we sat outside. There was a good mix of shade and sun for those who didn't mind being a little cold or hot. The restaurant was able to accommodate us on Easter Sunday an hour earlier than they originally do open, so we would be guaranteed a place to eat. (Every other option was fully booked a week in advance!) The food was really good. We had a mix of beer and boba shakes for those of us who are sober. The kimchi pancakes were perfect and no shellfish to be frightful of in regards to allergies. We tried their popcorn chicken and one was a little sweet and spicy and the other was plain. We shared edamame. And everyone was happy with their dishes whether it be the vegetarian japchae, beef bulgogi, dolsot bibimbap with an egg, house salad, soup, chicken katsu, etc! Only one star removed because the veggies were still more raw than cooked in the dolsot bibimbap. I know we were a large group, but cooking it a little extra would have been preferred. Happy eats!

The third time, I went back at 4:30pm and beat the dinner rush, which worked out perfectly. We sat inside but still had a beautiful view of the water. It was the perfect balance of comfort (sun protection!) and fun atmosphere. The service was timely, friendly, and super helpful in narrowing down the large menu to what I'd enjoy most. As for the food, all of the tacos were both delicious and reasonably priced. My personal favorites were the Jamaican jerk and the Korean short rib tacos. They're both packed with flavor and spice. Overall, it's worth planning your visit earlier in the evening to avoid the wait. Great tacos, good service, and a great view!

Ample parking with gorgeous views of Manhasset Bay. There are 2 bars, one inside and one outside, which is great for folk who may need things a little cooler/warmer or quieter/louder. The decor is unique and hilarious (you have to have been to get it)! The food and drinks are outstanding. I never leave this place anywhere short of tipsy and stuffed. My favorite drinks are the Cocojito and the Asian Pear. Perfectly balanced and not overly strong or sweet. This is not the type of restaurant where you can have just one with your meal...you'll want to try them all! I could only order appetizers here and be satisfied. There is such a wide variety of apps with american and asian influence and they're all so tasty. I love the loaded totchos, asian style nachos, and habanero ribs. Make sure you don't overdo it with these, you'll want room for as many tacos as possible! The tacos! The stars of the show! You really can't go wrong (unless you're bad at tolerating spice...then choose wisely). I love the bang bang shrimp taco, birria, and southern comfort taco. I would never order more than 3 tacos for a main unless you skipped apps and are ok with getting a to-go container! For dessert I'd recommend the tres leches or mexi cannoli, you're not really missing out on much with the other options. But who says one more marg doesn't count as dessert ;)

We picked a 4 top and a server brought menus and water within 2 minutes, also with a sunny disposition. We ordered lunch specials, a salmon bento box and 3 sushi rolls. Washed our hands and good was out in a few short minutes. Overall the food fresh and flavorful, but not especially memorable, just a fairly good lunch. The smiles and welcoming atmosphere is what makes this place a solid 4 star. ~$50 all-in lunch for 2, and no upside down smiles to be seen here, TGIF.

The brown sugar taro bubble teas were diluted with too much ice & not enough taro powder. Japanese pancake was basically scallion pancake with a curry dip that tasted sour. The salads that came with our entrées were warm & dressing was watery. The sukiyaki (clear noodles with beef, tofu & veggies in broth) was bland- not rich as described and beef was overcooked/ dry. Terrible. The udon noodle broth had a little more flavor. Beef fried rice- literally 1 bowl of rice served on a plate & the beef was tough. Pork katsu bento with California roll- the tempura & pork katsu were not crispy and the sauce tasted like ketchup. Luckily, the hibachi steak and chicken combo was probably the best thing out of everything- the meats & veggies were cooked well and flavorful.
