David fails to mention he never changed the cheap and in-safe front door locks like he was told to do by the inspector from the Houston Fire Dept. David fails to mention that the "insects" were red ants coming from every crack in his old bathroom that he never fixed where we had to tape the cracks closed. David fails to mention our bedroom fan and living room fan were broken and he took about a month to fix those. He failed to mention that we have been all over the world and our reputation is 100 % excellent . He mentioned I did not let repair man in because I was sick... I had Covid 19 you complete moron! And i had to mop and dust under our bed 3x because of nasty dust accumulation from his old AC unit. home was left in prestine condition. David also fails to mention his garage had other peoples things strewn all over, wood planks, sand, spiders. What kind of professional leaves a home like that for a renter? And we have pictures! David if you want to take this up with your bosses and discuss your nasty idea of professionalism lets do it. So much for all the Christian books lying around the house. Did a world of good I see.

We've been considering renting in Katy and this is one of the offices we're considering, after talking to them and others. This section of a very popular Katy based shopping plaza has had plenty of popular trendy restaurants and less popular restaurants and other businesses which seem to come and go, which is strange because the rents are not bad and there are plenty of other good businesses here and lots of traffic. It's a good plaza with a lot of great businesses past and present that we've explored.

One of our stops was a listing by in this office by the and agent named Robert Cory. The agent was unable to open the keybox and reached out to him. His advise to her was to "hit it with a brick". She tried to do this to no avail. In the meantime, my husband and I were walking the property and when we came back, my husband tried to help her hit the lockbox with a rock. The agent again called Mr. Cory who said it worked for him in the past. When I heard that, I basically grabbed the phone out of OUR agent's hand and asked how he was going to remedy the situation. He said "mam, I'm all the way down in Katy, what do you want me to do?" I asked him why he wouldn't have replaced the lockbox when he found out it was broken in the first place and he said it wasn't broken. Well....then why did he say that it worked when he hit it with a brick and then tell our agent to also do this? I cannot for the life of me understand how someone would jeopardize their OWN livelihood with such shoddy practices, let alone that of other agents. This situation should not have happened. It was pure laziness on his part. If he was THERE and that happened, it should have been addressed immediately. If I was the owner and my agent was this negligent, he'd be toast. Imagine trying to sell your house and people can't even get in to see it! I do NOT recommend this man to sell your home.

I occasionally work on projects with tenant rep brokers locally and nationally with my boss and I have to say that Ross is by far the most insightful and transparent broker we've ever hired. He knows the Houston commercial market through and through and was extremely creative in saving on bottomline costs for us. He negotiated what looked like a very tenant friendly deal that we were happy with.. then went the extra mile and got us an additional two months of free rent (totaling in 5 digit value) at the last minute by LEVERAGING (appropriate company name) our value as a tenant to the landlord and secured an even better deal than we approved. I can say with confidence that 99% of brokers would not care enough to do that considering the extra free rent did not improve his well earned commission. 5 out of 5 stars for Ross James and Leverage Commercial.

Even after we had an offer on one contract, they did their diligence and discovered several issues with the home, and led me to ultimately something much better! I couldn't be happier with my home and the work Habitation did for me. I know a lot goes on behind the scenes that they helped orchestrate to make my home buying experience as smoothly as possible. I have, and will continue to recommend Habitation Realty to anyone buying a home!

I've worked with numerous other agents but it's hard to tell who you can trust because agents get paid on commission.
