Remaining honest, factual, present, through each home, community, including laws of progression/regression, going to county offices to get clarity on zoning and answering each and every call and text regardless of time, holiday and vacation. I answered through midnight at least weekly and answered during vacation time almost daily! You asked for discounts, my commission and chastised me with other agents from the beginning. I wanted to honor our trust and defended the world out of your contract over and over constantly working with Newmark to try and get things done but you visiting the home twice a day every day of the week to the point construction crews and sales crews had been reporting your behaviour, your behavior with other sales offices were out of my control. I defended you week after week, from foundation, exterior, water hose, frame, brick, to tile and ALWAYS validated you, always respected you and never opposed you, at each step my goal was always solution and not confrontational, however you wanted confrontations, you use foul language about the age or orientation of those with the builder and that kind of mindset is hard for anyone to navigate or make peace with. I also NEVER threatened your listing price and actually asked you to help me support its value and provided top of the line marketing, value and feature sheets. I was actually the one that said it was too soon to lower the price when YOU suggested it because I explained our market is slower and we needed to give more time to the corrections made on HAR for School. I exported our entire WhatsApp chat you created, emails and texts and I have enough proof that shows this review that you have copied in all places is libel and slander which I can file suit with under Texas law for Defamation of Character. I understand you are upset, your family lost a beautiful home you were building and you are actually fighting the wrong person. I get zero gain from having a client being fired by the builder... so my hands are empty, like yours. For the record - you didn't fire Newmark., Newmark terminated you and banned you, not me. The amount of times I stated in our conversations that you deserved joy, peace and grace is incredible. I validated your feelings and remained polite, professional, vulnerable and honest. So many times I apologized for the discomforts of watching every single inch be built, the human error in all new construction and we even discussed its like being able to see how an unborn child is forming or an artists chisel work on a famous statue, its stressful but beautiful and that was we just needed to let each trade finish so we can smooth out the ends but your fear was bigger than faith.
