We were in shock, but he had confidence he would help us in finding a property to lease or buy. Owner of Turbo, Chris Schilling's, totally ethical and non aggressive style, never pushed us to buy, if we were more comfortable to lease. They persevered, never gave up showing us properties. Mike is prompt, has the friendliest, most uplifting personality, great people skills, and clear communication with the other brokers. His optimism, and creative ideas were beyond our expectations of basic realtor services. He came to measure rooms to determine if our grand piano and other pieces would fit. He provided resources for movers, consignment, and even packers. We were so pleased, that we know all future purchases and or leases- we will call Michael Brown thru Turbo Realty owned by brilliant dynamic entrepreneur Chris Schilling (whose new concept of no commission or 1% to sell makes him the pioneer "google" of the multiple listings/Realty industry. How can any other company compete with Mike's inimitable service thru Turbo Realty?

He was patient with our situation, kept in touch and updated us on the market from time to time and made suggestions that eventually helped us decide on the area. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Houston market and utilized the latest tools and technologies to provide us information based on most relevant statistics and comparisons to back up his reasoning if a house was overpriced and what was the reasonable price. Buying a home is obviously a very stressful time and having Creston to guide us through was a tremendous advantage. He was responsive and always available. We are currently in the process of selling/renting out another property with him; I would recommend him to anyone that is considering starting the process of buying or selling a home!

Another broker in the office brought another offer later that night which the seller reviewed, met with the buyer, and agreed to take rather than honor our contract. They took three days to inform me that they were working another deal, all the while I was working with my bankers and lawyer to complete the transaction. The broker and sell both apologized to me but refused to honor our agreement. Once a seller accepts your offer they are to take the business off the market but the broker refused to do this. What a waste of my time and energy and only shows the lack of ethics for this brokerage.
