BUT same price if not cheaper than store often times, a dozen for 5$ for REAL eggs (normally pasture raised at store are 7-10$/dozen), just a phenomenal deal anyways plus it's healthy, so glad i found this place, i wish there were more places like this, love the people in here they're sooo nice and even said i can bring my kids to their farm to let them pick eggs, that's transparency! highly recommend, for eggs for sure!

As soon as I went inside the office I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who immediately let an agent know I was there. The agent (Tiersa Smith) was very friendly, and extremely helpful. Tiersa went above and beyond to help my family find the home of our dreams and I will never be able to thank her enough! Closing went very smooth at Fidelity National Title in Atascocita.Tiersa even gave my family a little gift at closing! Not only did she help us find our new home, she sold our old home in 7 days!! I would recommend this company and Tiersa to anyone!! RCR Properties is the way to go!

First time working with Texas Eagle AC & Heating and had a pleasant experience…read more Office Manager Ahmad was one of the quickest to response for a quote and answered my questions in detail. The quote for an AC inspection was very reasonable and he was very responsive in setting up the inspection even I contacted him via Yelp after business hours when I was ready to schedule. I was trying to make an informed decision of buying a townhome. After a prepurchase home inspection from Randall with RECON Home Inspections (also high recommended). Inspector suggested to have an electrician and an HVAC technician to have further inspection. The HVAC Tech arrived in its company van wrapped with its logo during the scheduled time. Around 45 mins prior to it, I got a text from TX Eagle about the arrival time. The HVAC Tech named Justin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was patient to answer any questions I had and he used the human body and the heart as an analogy to explain the AV system to demystify it, so it was easy to understand and I appreciated it. He found the problem which half the evaporator coil were not working due to blockage that was why the temperature couldn't go down further than 76°f, which the home inspector pointed out prior but didn't know why. He also checked the duck in the attic and mentioned the firewall were torn down which needed to be sealed up to prevent fire coming in from another units as he used to be a firefighter. That also aligned with Randall the inspector told me during the home inspection. He also wrote the coil issue on the receipt of the HVAC inspection and it was available shortly after the inspection. Buying a house/townhome is very stressful and having a team of expertise was very helpful. I am so glad I found the right people to help with making an informed decision for such a huge purchase. I highly recommend Texas Eagle AC & Heating. You will be glad you go with them!

Honest, patient, explains everything and the cost is fair!! Our AC was repaired quickly with tons of communication and saved us tens of thousands of dollars! It means a lot these days to know there are still good honest workers that come in and do amazing work and not trying to hurt those in need of services. If you need work done and don't want to have to worry if you are being screwed over - CALL TEXAS EAGLE AC! I would give 100 stars if I could! Just absolutely amazing!!!

Now that I'm out of here, I think people should know…read more. Cons: It's hard to get a place of business wrong when all you're doing is providing office space to various different companies. But so many things about this place scream "cheap": -The way that the Internet cuts in and out frequently (SO many companies here rely on Wi-Fi to work) -The way some offices are as cold as ice while others near the back wall are sweltering hot in the summer months -The way that the Keurig was out for weeks before being replaced by a cheap coffeepot in the kitchen -The midday hours of the lobby staff, leaving the front desk unattended during lunch and leaving promptly by the early evening. It's hard not to hear the exclamations of frustrated people coming and finding no one to help them. For the amount that rent costs per office, you'd think you could maybe spring for an additional staff member to trade off on early/late shifts. -The negligence of the cleaning staff ... it goes on and on. -Oh, and has anyone ever mentioned how THIN the walls are? There are psychologists who work here and the ease through which people sharing their walls HAS to violate some kind of doctor-patient confidentiality agreement. Don't need to hear the disturbing woes of people when I'M not getting paid 100+/hr for it. Nor do I need to hear the loud phone conversations in neighboring offices. Pros: The lobby chairs are another example of CHEAP, but the co-working area in the center of the building along with the conference rooms have pretty decent furniture.

I would strongly caution anyone considering living here…read more Since a management transition involving Price Realty Corporation, my account has been riddled with billing inconsistencies, missing credits, and repeated late fees despite consistent payments. I was issued a signed one-time rent concession (confirmed in writing by regional management). I paid the full rent during the concession month, yet the credit was not properly reflected on my ledger. Instead of correcting the accounting error, management continued to stack late fees and utility charges on an inaccurate balance. When I requested clarification and documentation showing where the concession was applied, I received conflicting answers, shifting explanations, and eventually threats of eviction all while I was actively disputing the ledger in good faith and providing proof of payment. Here's what made this even worse: No one can clearly state the REAL total price I'm expected to pay each month. Base rent may be one number, but the ledger shows recurring add-ons (amenity/trash/valet, billing/admin fees, pest, water/sewer/RWA, etc.) and sometimes retroactive postings--so the "monthly rent" is not actually the monthly total. Rent payments were accepted and posted, yet late fees were still assessed Utility and admin charges were posted retroactively Management refused to pause eviction threats while the dispute was under review Communication was dismissive and inconsistent across staff This is not a tenant who "refused to pay." This is a tenant who paid thousands of dollars, documented everything, and was still treated as delinquent due to internal accounting failures. If you rent here, scrutinize every ledger entry, save every receipt, and do not rely on verbal assurances because once management changes, those promises disappear, and you'll be left fighting their system. This experience has been exhausting, stressful, and completely avoidable with competent property management.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Since the management switched companies,…read moremy experience has been terrible. The staff is incredibly rude when you call to discuss your rent. The woman at the front office, Carrie, is the most unprofessional person I have encountered. She raised her voice when I asked about the rent, and when I requested the corporate number, she mocked me in front of others. They add numerous hidden fees, labeling them as "utilities, water usage, or sewer." There is no justification for a rent increase of more than $40, and they are unable to provide any proof of these charges. My washing machine breaks down every time I do laundry, and I was told it wasn't an "emergency" and that they would address my work order when they could. Trash pickup is inconsistent, and they sometimes skip our units entirely. People have left trash in the stairwell for over 3 days, and maintenance staff walk past it without addressing the issue. I have been informed that I am stuck in my lease and cannot break it or transfer it. I pay my rent on time every month without any problems, but they constantly try to find ways to charge me extra and increase my rent without notice. If you are considering moving here, I strongly advise you to reconsider unless you want to deal with high rent for subpar living conditions. It is exhausting and feels like an ongoing battle that never ends.
