This included organizing painters to paint my house before I moved (yes...she met them and supervised them!), letting my movers in to unload all my belongings (while I was abroad), and negotiating in my best interest the details of my contract with my landlord. Because I was THRILLED with Melinda's work ethic and product, I partnered with her to buy a house in West U. She made this process easy and fun! All the hard work was done by her in a fast, efficient and thorough manner. Such a godsend since I have no idea regarding the intimate details of buying a home in Houston. She took care of everything and continues to remind me of little things...change of address, HOA updates, letter to my current landlord, etc. Beyond her strong work ethic, impressive organizational skills, and willingness to work around my schedule, she is a joy to work with! Having grown up in Houston, she knows all of the "behind the scenes" details of Houston's neighborhoods. She can give you details/info that cannot be found on a website or magazine--the reputation of a neighborhood's residents, the hidden perks associated with your location, the trends of buyers overtime, etc. I trust her completely and would highly recommend her.
