Never have I ever worked with a title company that cared less about me or my business. Over and over they promised to do things that they did not do. Things as simple as a call or email to provide an update on progress. I called several times and left messages with the front office staff and on answering machines. I even went up to their office once because no one was returning my calls. Even then the person assigned to my file was not available to see me nor did she return my calls. When I called and asked to speak with the person in charge I was told it was the person assigned to my file. Stay away, far away.

Dropping off the earnest money was easy and once that happened they created an online portal for myself and my wife to see what all was needed. There is an online chat function that also sends an email whenever there is a new message. Everything was super smooth and very responsive. We closed during SNOVID, so they were still responding from home with limited email/power/water/etc. We were able to coordinate and close remotely and get the file funded shortly there after. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a title company that is responsive!

I am very frustrated and fed up with the service at Ashoka Lion. I have lived at my current…read moreaddress almost 12 years and before the property owner turned all of his properties over to Ashoka Lion I really enjoyed where I live. This past summer while my brother and I were both at home recovering from kidney transplant surgeries the downstairs air conditioner compressor went out . I had to make 3 request for repair and all they did was to sent out someone with no experience to put in freon and to shoot the water hose on the unit. Still not fixed. Then a couple of months ago while sitting in the family room a squirrel digs a whole in the foyer and falls out and begins running through the house. I again called for service and they sent the same man they sent to repair the air conditioner 3 days later while the squirrel pooped all over my downstairs area. When he got there he didn't try to get rid of the one in the house or the ones still living in the attic area because they continue to come in thru the worn out roof . He sealed the hole in the foyer and the one under the roof line and then when I complained. He put traps on the attic and never returned like he promised he would. Fast forward to the last couple of weeks where I'm sure the freeze killed the squirrels up there and then I was forced to live with large horse flies in the master bath and my closet. When I called again they sent they guy back on yesterday 2/5 and he left the house with a large trash bag of dead squirrels and told my brother they would need to fumigation the attic. I have never dealt with such stupidity and then when I requested a manager to speak to I was told by the person on the phone that they could not give out the direct line. Pretty sure that is because as bad as they are with service they they are afraid of all the calls they'll receive.

Allison is a gem! I was looking online for homes since our last kiddo was graduating at the end of…read morethe last school year. When I searched, " new construction homes Houston". I received a text from Allison asking if we would like help finding a home. I can't stand spam calls and pretty much every time I looked online for houses so I would have an idea what to expect we were always contacted by another realtor. I told Allison upfront I was a planner and preferred not to be contacted on a regular schedule and that I would contact her when we were ready. She assured me that our privacy would be respected and when other realtors contacted me from my online searches I made sure to let them know I was working with Allison and that stopped all the annoying spam texts & calls. So we are officially empty nesters now and a lot closer to pulling the trigger. Allison has answered the questions I have had since last year without ever trying to push us to make a decision sooner. I'm sure it's hard to get leads and with the market not ideal realtors seem more aggressive than usual. But I originally let Allison know if she wanted to text once a month or if there was something she saw on the market that looked like a fit for us to email it to me. She has kept her promise, answering all my questions about location, new construction in our area & Eado area. I highly recommend her and appreciate her non aggressive but still very professional and helpful approach! Thank you Allison! You're amazing and I hope you get some great clients!!
