We had the occasion to witness, the staff even received those with complaints with meekness and humility. They would hear them out even when there was nothing they could do to improve the situation. They did not look for an excuse to blame others. The celebrations and events planned by the staff were always thoughtful and designed to the interests of the residents. The staff hosted the events well and were engaged and created activities that would help residents to meet other residents. We met people and became friends with people from around the world. There is a global community at the Pearl that we really enjoyed. Maintenance was always timely and handled professionally be the property staff. Even if the need to schedule a technician to handle some of the more intricate repairs for calibration of oven or appliances. Even concern had their attention. From time to time non-residents would exploit the residents' lack of concern for those who should not be on the property. Nice and well meaning residents would allow others who did not have access to gain access. As a result cars would be vandalized for valuables left in the vehicles. Periodically, members failed to make sure doors and gates to be left open or ajar. I want to take the time to call out some of the staff who we are indebted to for our experience. Emily was our initial touring guide. Ashley was the manager, Jamie was the assistant manager, Hichom ran the place and now has been promoted to a property in Arizona. Kim served us in all matters relating to changing apartments and many other needs. Carlos was served us in the maintenance. We left to move back into a house. We can honestly say we had a great time of living life at the Pearl Residence. If we decide to do it again we will look no further. They will do the same for you.
