He stayed at one of Van and Helen's houses on Craigshead Rd, and it was one of the greatest decisions they made. The houses are beautiful, private and peaceful. The one we stayed in had an extra in-law unit in the back, which was great because it let his friends come and stay with him without being a burden. The houses are 10 minutes away from MD Anderson, and are all super private with their own gates and yards. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, since the property owners own all the houses on the block and live right there. The owners have been very kind and considerate to us, and it has been such a blessing that we were able to find the place and that it all worked out. I would recommend anyone receiving treatment at MD Anderson who needs to live right near the hospital to talk to Van and Helen and rent one of their houses. There's no better place to get better. ;-)

During her initial visit, she actively looked around giving us pertinent advice on how to best present our home to a buyer. She talked us through the process of listing our home, what to expect, and gave a us a timeline on how to proceed. After our initial meeting she sent us checklists about what we need to be doing in order to get our home ready to list, and updated us on what she was working on and her progress. She had a professional photographer photograph our home, which really helped present our home in the best possible way on the MLS. The flyers she created were very well done, and I'm sure helped to make our home stand out. Her communication was excellent, readily available by phone, email or text. I had some initial reservations about choosing a flat rate commission model, however when Meagan asked us how much we thought we should list our home for she suggested 20k higher, she works in limited real estate markets, and she knows those markets well. She was right- we took her suggestion and sold our home in 10 days! Once we accepted the offer, she kept on on track with our paperwork. She arranged the inspections, and offered to meet people at the house, if needed, so we did not have to take off work. Bottom line: Meagan is professional, intelligent, hard working and kind! We first came here when we were looking for dentists, but over the last few years have visited literally every business in this plaza. Sadly there are businesses here that have closed up and shuttered and moved out, as well as some other stuff that clings to life and does just enough business to survive. It's important that you give them your business because so many have already packed up and gone. So there are lots of offices here such as Crown Dental and Rent-A-Center and others, and they do a good job keeping the rent low, and lots of interesting businesses have been located here and are still, in many cases. Definitely come here for your realty needs... as opposed to your reality needs in which case I'd stick to J-Woww and Snooki.
