Leslie was fast, responsive and put together a thorough report. The website for payment and downloading the report was easy to use and efficient. My builder doesn't allow 3rd parties on the roof so the drone element ensured a comprehensive evaluation, even from the ground. read more

Leslie with RCI was great. Responsive, prompt, timely, thorough, and she quickly prepared the documents at each phase. Highly recommend RCI.

We have used Leslie during our new home construction build. She has completed the first two phases - pre-pour foundation and pre-drywall. We had researched many inspectors and Leslie was one of our top 3 choices. We then asked our realtor for recommendations, and Leslie was the top choice. Upon receiving quotes from the top 3, Leslie stood out with her prompt responses, transparency and detailed information. Leslie has been invaluable in making us feel comfortable with our new home build. She is reliable and knowledgeable. She has caught many items that our builder's inspector did not report. Her reports are delivered promptly with clear, understandable language and many supporting photos. I know some other inspector reports include this as well, but Leslie seems to go above-and-beyond to ensure clarity and understanding. Due to Leslie's thoroughness and detailed documentation, we are able to ensure all of the repairs needed are addressed by the builder. In a few months, we will be calling Leslie for the final inspection. We have complete trust in her to ensure our house is properly built. read more

We've used RCI's services for 2 homes, and they went above and beyond what we expected. This was our first time to purchase a new home, so to say we know roughly 3 things about the construction of a house is probably being generous. Leslie's report on the first home prevented us from making a huge mistake -- she found issues that would have cost tens of thousands to repair. On the second home, she found things I didn't even know she was looking for. She communicates very well, has fair pricing, and is extremely professional. I could recommend RCI until I'm blue in the face. Thank you, Leslie! read more
