If you're thinking the price is steep for brows, sure but it's your face. Brows are the most important thing on it in my opinion, so it's worth it. I do have thin eyebrows so it's not often I find a place that doesn't take away half my eyebrow while shaping them. Personally my service was completely silent but I didn't mind that. They did catch my earring with the thread and don't say anything so I think overall service could be a bit friendlier but this could be a one off experience. Threading is $15 and aloe gel at the end is an extra 50 cents.
