Roman was amazing she did a very great job and she is very welcoming amazing service I'll definitely be coming back !

I have been here multiple times, Abby and the owner Ramen have great service. Although one of the staff members is extremely rude and unprofessional, this is not the first bad experience I have had with this worker. I did come in 15minutes before closing time but did not see it as much of an issue as I was the only one and I was planning on tipping well. As soon as I walked in I felt my presence being unwanted. Dalia was extremely rough with me I felt as if she was angry at me! Aside from her not being gentle she asked if I wanted aloe on the brows when the threading service was done, I kindly declined as I did not want to bother her any more than what my presence was already doing. She still put it on my brow but then realized I asked her not to and she aggressively cleaned it off with a tissue. While she was doing my brows another client walked in and she said under her breath in an annoyed angry tone "OH GAWDD" and sighed. I was honestly in shock of her unprofessionalism. In the end when I was paying she was still rude and sarcastic when I asked for her name. Overall it was the worse experience ever! I felt so uncomfortable and am debating on returning because of this employee. I hope Ramen becomes aware of this terrible experience. read more

Went in there for a clean up since my other lady was closed and since my eyebrows are microbladed I figured "no one can mess these up right?" Yeah well she did. Walked in and it smelt like literal feces when I walked in. Then waited for 45 min. The lady kept apologizing and I tried to be understanding. I even tipped 5$ when I left then I got into my car and noticed she legit threaded off the tail of my eyebrow! Like how?! My eyebrow is legit tattooed on my face. How do you mess that up?! Never going back again. Save your money and go to house of beauty in Palm desert wayyyyyyyy better. read more

Raman is very precise and does an amazing job at threading my eyebrows every time! I'm new to the Coachella valley, and have always had a hard time getting a brow shape that suits my face, especially since I have naturally very thick eyebrows, but Raman has helped to shape my brows to perfection! I've now found my new go-to for getting my brows done. I first came in here in hopes of fixing my uneven brows, which especially since I have a cowlick on one eyebrow, it's very hard to make them look even, and I wasn't expecting such a beautiful job done! She makes sure to get every hair from the root which allows your brows to look clean and sharp without having to come in more often than what is needed. Eyebrows are crucial to appearance and when you go to the right place, like Prabh Threading Salon, you will not be disappointed!! Just communicate what you want and you shall receive, because clear communication will get you the exact result you are looking for! Very clean and sanitary salon and I recommend this place to anyone in search of a place to get your ideal brow shape threaded to perfection! read more

Came here today and Raman was great. My eye brows look fierce. She's very friendly with good vibes and loved the dog. I'll be back.

I went in for a cleaning like i always do. This time she decided to thin out my eyebrows for some reason when she knows I just go in for a cleaning. This was the only place I have ever gone to for my eyebrows and now they lost a customer because she lost my trust. She made me eyebrows way too thin and i'm very disappointed because I have been coming here with no problem for almost a year. read more

They wait is never longer than 15 mins. She is so prompt, and takes pride in her work. I appreciate the speediness and the results. I have done threading and tinting and I loved both of the end results. read more

I went today to get my brows threatened, my brows were very thick and beautiful prior and only required a little cleanup which is why I went. When I got there the lady assisting me asked if I wanted a cleanup to which I said yes. She then proceeded to thin my brows very thin which was unrequested. At the end, when I looked at my brows, I did not like them because they were too thin for my liking. She asked to show her a pic of how I usually get them, in which I did. She did apologize. But I cannot place my brows back on, I have to let them grow for 3 months. I do not do my makeup, I like natural beauty and natural brows (but cleaned a bit). She ruined my eyebrows. I have been stressed and upset due to this. I did pay for my service but did not leave a tip. To me my brows are very important, everyone has their own preferences. Maybe she should ask what the preference is or if she says "clean up" to actually clean up and not do beyond. I usually travel to Temecula and have been doing so for the past 4 years. I think I will continue to drive over 2 hrs because to me, my eyebrows mean that much. Horrible experience honestly read more

I've been coming here for awhile now. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the owner. She's a truly sweet person and very professional. She makes you feel welcome and the place doesn't feel like a closed off vibe. She's quick and good and does exactly what you ask for. I've also bought some cute jewelry from her that she sells at the front of the desk. I'll always be a happy returning customer:) read more

I've been coming here for a couple of months and she never disappoints. I get my eyebrow, lip and chin threaded. I feel that threading looks a lot more clean and last longer than waxing. Most recently I started doing the eyebrow tinting which consist of getting Hanna on your eyebrow. At first it looks a little dark then it starts to look very natural. It last about two weeks it also saves me time because I don't have to fill in my eyebrows with a pencil. Overall I keep coming back because of the quality of work , customer service and affordable prices. read more

This is the third time I have been to this establishment and they are closed during normal business hours. I would call ahead of time but most of the time when they're open, they do not answer the phone as they are busy. I just sat in 25 minutes of traffic because they are doing road work to find out that they are closed for two weeks. After the second time, the owner mentioned that she would be hiring somebody to help her. Once OK. Twice a little frustrated. Third time I will not be back. read more

Excellent service! The waiting area is spacious so patrons can safely maintain 6ft distance. All patrons wore masks, including the staff. I went into get my eyebrows threaded, I asked the lady to leave my eyebrows thick and to leave my natural arch. When she asked if I liked them I let her know that I was not happy because first of all they are super thin and she said no yeah they look nice. I will never return here this place does whatever they want and does not listen to customer's request read more
