I have been here multiple times, Abby and the owner Ramen have great service. Although one of the staff members is extremely rude and unprofessional, this is not the first bad experience I have had with this worker. I did come in 15minutes before closing time but did not see it as much of an issue as I was the only one and I was planning on tipping well. As soon as I walked in I felt my presence being unwanted. Dalia was extremely rough with me I felt as if she was angry at me! Aside from her not being gentle she asked if I wanted aloe on the brows when the threading service was done, I kindly declined as I did not want to bother her any more than what my presence was already doing. She still put it on my brow but then realized I asked her not to and she aggressively cleaned it off with a tissue. While she was doing my brows another client walked in and she said under her breath in an annoyed angry tone "OH GAWDD" and sighed. I was honestly in shock of her unprofessionalism. In the end when I was paying she was still rude and sarcastic when I asked for her name. Overall it was the worse experience ever! Went in there for a clean up since my other lady was closed and since my eyebrows are microbladed I figured "no one can mess these up right?" Yeah well she did. Walked in and it smelt like literal feces when I walked in. Then waited for 45 min. The lady kept apologizing and I tried to be understanding. I even tipped 5$ when I left then I got into my car and noticed she legit threaded off the tail of my eyebrow! Like how?! My eyebrow is legit tattooed on my face. How do you mess that up?! I went today to get my brows threatened, my brows were very thick and beautiful prior and only required a little cleanup which is why I went. When I got there the lady assisting me asked if I wanted a cleanup to which I said yes. She then proceeded to thin my brows very thin which was unrequested. At the end, when I looked at my brows, I did not like them because they were too thin for my liking. She asked to show her a pic of how I usually get them, in which I did. She did apologize. But I cannot place my brows back on, I have to let them grow for 3 months. I do not do my makeup, I like natural beauty and natural brows (but cleaned a bit). She ruined my eyebrows. I have been stressed and upset due to this. I did pay for my service but did not leave a tip. To me my brows are very important, everyone has their own preferences. Maybe she should ask what the preference is or if she says "clean up" to actually clean up and not do beyond. I usually travel to Temecula and have been doing so for the past 4 years. I've been coming here for a couple of months and she never disappoints. I get my eyebrow, lip and chin threaded. I feel that threading looks a lot more clean and last longer than waxing.Most recently I started doing the eyebrow tinting which consist of getting Hanna on your eyebrow. At first it looks a little dark then it starts to look very natural. It last about two weeks it also saves me time because I don't have to fill in my eyebrows with a pencil. This is the third time I have been to this establishment and they are closed during normal business hours. I would call ahead of time but most of the time when they're open, they do not answer the phone as they are busy. I just sat in 25 minutes of traffic because they are doing road work to find out that they are closed for two weeks. Excellent service! The waiting area is spacious so patrons can safely maintain 6ft distance. All patrons wore masks, including the staff.
