Purchased a used car and took it in to have a full detail done. I was quoted $200 dollars for the…read moreservice which I considered reasonable. I waited nearly two weeks to get "squeezed" in and had to leave my car overnight so they could get it done. They did a great job on the exterior and got a lot of scratches and scuffs our. However the interior cleaning I was not impressed at all. When I picked up my car the seatbelts still had noticeable oily dirt marks and was told they were unable to clean the seatbelts because they would discolor if they tried. I've never heard of such a thing but I tried cleaning them with just soap and a wet rag and they cleaned right up... Seems to me they didn't even attempt to clean them. I still had dirt and what looked like old skin oil marks on interior plastic trim panels that could have easily been wiped clean and wasn't. I specifically asked them to clean a strange sticky spill mark that was on the dash and when I got there to pick it up the sticky mess was still on the dash.... I was again told they were unable to clean it but when I got home just a simple soapy rag cleaned it right off. I expected that they were going to professionally clean and treat the leather seats but it didn't even look like they wiped them off. Still noticeably dirty and crusty stuff stuck to the stitching that could have been easily removed if they tried. I didn't expect miracles on a used vehicle but for $200 bucks they could have done a lot better on the interior. I ended up bringing it home and basically doing the interior detail all over again, myself. I am giving them a 3 star rating because they didn't do a terrible job and the lady I spoke with was kind and respectful. If they are really so busy that they have to make customers wait two weeks and then return vehicles still noticeably dirty, they should probably not commit to full service detailing if they don't have enough time to do the job adequately.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
