Prêt à Manger @Aéroport de Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle! Great spot for fresh croissants, sandwiches, drinks!

Benjamin Franklin once said, "Each person has two countries, his own and France." What did he mean by that? Perhaps he meant, "each person has two loves: his wife, and his girlfriends in France!" Oui, Oui! Playboy Benji! Prêt à Manger aka Pret a Manger receives a perfect score almost by default. I mean where else can you get affordable, delicious pastries, sandwiches, organic coffees, and fresh juices at airport locations? I realize not all locations are equal. I get that. For instance, the Prêt à Manger at London Heathrow is far superior to any location I've visited, however going back to what makes it 5-stars in my book goes back to price, service, quality. Prêt à Manger at Aéroport de Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle in France is a smaller location. It still offers the mandatory croissants, sandwiches, coffees, and cold pressed juices for your flight. On my visit I decided on a fresh peach juice (sounds yum eh?), organic coffee, and a chocolat croissant. The cashier spoke fluent French and very good English. She was friendly, efficient, with a nice smile;) I grabbed a seat and enjoyed my mini breakfast before my flight from Paris to Barcelona. The chocolat croissant fresh as always, the organic coffee on point. Just sadly... I somehow forgot my peach juice at the table - unopened too:( I was so looking forward to drinking that pêche juice as I flew over the Andorra mountains. Oh well *sighs* In the end, I highly recommend stopping by any Prêt à Manger aka Pret a Manger location. Some are bigger and better than others, yet all offer comfort bites and quality drinks at affordable prices! Just don't forget your juice! I hope Benjamin Franklin's French girlfriend drank it!

Latifa was really sweet. The food and drink were good as well. Pret is always a hit and I would recommend this location.

Not much ambiance but the seating area was very clean and appealing. But it's the mall - I didn't…read moreexpect much. HOWEVER this salad was SO GOOD. The chicken tasted fresh and well seasoned and all the ingredients were fresh as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend. The vanilla shake was very good - I actually left and came back just for the shake. Service was quick, no complaints.

First off, they do have an English menu that they keep behind the counter, so ask, because their…read moremenu, I found, is kind of complicated, and their staff speaks limited English. It's broken down into 3 price tiers depending on the level of dessert you want. I went with the ultimate, which is their most expensive, and got their Secret Agent chicken hamburger with the fruits rouge cheesecake, and then just the Greenwich bagel sandwich on its own. I didn't really want to order a hamburger, but walking around the food court, most places were too expensive (Indian place next door was only a la carte for dinner) or had rude staff/no English menu (Thai place), so we settled on Factory & Co., which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The Secret Agent burger was flavorful and the chicken was juicy, but the crinkle-cut fries, however, were dry, cold and needed heavy saucing (ketchup, not mayo). Their fries reminded me of Shake Shack. And for the bagel sandwich, their bagel "bread" was crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. I'd say it was on par with NY bagels--definitely better than most bagels in L.A. Didn't realize this until after we ordered, but we could've ordered their sesame bagel intead of the original, but alas, the language barrier. The Greenwich was a delightful veggie sandwich with hummus as the spread and eggplant as the main filler, and tons of pine nuts. Now, for their cheesecake. I'll say this: I grew up with Cheesecake Factory basically in my backyard, but I really don't like cheesecake all that much (or should I say American cheesecake now). Perhaps it was the jet lag taking hold of my senses or the enticing fresh red currants (that we rarely ever see in L.A.) on top that called out to me, but I splurged to get the fruits rouge cheesecake. which is basically fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and red currants) on top of regular cheesecake. Admittedly, it was a little pricey, about €17 total for the meal with just water and another €5 for the standalone bagel sandwich. Ended up taking the cheesecake back to the hotel. So good! Not sweet and had a nice creamy but dense texture to it. The crust was also nice and crumbly. The fresh fruit was also sweet enough. In the end, the cheesecake is definitely worth a try, and I'd recommend their bagel sandwiches.
