And I sometimes get a breakfast wrap which is usually good. Normally it's great but the customer service today was bizarre to me. I ordered in the drive thru tonight vs normally in the app and I wasn't confident the guy got my order right. I drove forward to the cashier and she says - Island green, swap mango and "more stuff"? I said and half sugar and pea protein? She says yes, I pay. Guy gives me the smoothie, I drive away. When I finally take a sip - they added peanut butter, not pea protein. It's fine to mis-hear but to look at the screen with my order when I confirm pea protein and...I guess she just lied when she clearly saw peanut butter? Very weird. I've also gotten a completely not cooked wrap before. I really want this place to step up - please improve.

Right now the Factory is undergoing some major construction so Franklin Juice is temporarily located way in back separate from the main hallway of stores. You actually have to go outside around back to find it. Once the renovations finish it sounds like the storefront will combine with Honest Roasters coffee. With it being a temporary location, I can't judge too hard but there is still a decent amount of indoor seating and a huge patio of outdoor seating. The staff is super nice. I had a gift card that was causing some troubles and the cashier was very helpful and accommodating in getting it to work.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the menu. I ordered the bombom bowl which came with: - acai blend - granola - cacao powder - banana - strawberry - cacao nibs - almonds - honey It was super busy but my food didn't take long which was nice! The bowl itself was solid, I wish there had been less granola and more fruit but that's just personal preference. I also ordered a GF muffin which was ok, kind of dry which is sometimes to be expected with GF baked goods. Overall this definitely did the trick and I was thankful to have found it on such a hot day in Franklin.
