    This I would not recommend this experence to anyone…read more I thought I was getting a good deal by using Groupon. Big mistake! Just by questioning about his bad review track record, the claimed "owner" verbaly blew up in front of us. Never I have been disrespected and accused of as a racist. There are better ways of refusing service rather than making false accusations. Deciding to go to another location to use up the $119 Groupon deal, the "owner" called all the other locations to refuse service. Now, I am a disabled US Army vet. It is very hard for me to make a long drive to an another location. They could not give me the decency to call to refuse service. Instead, they promised me to take care of me and then refused when I arrive to their location I made a blank trip all the way to Katy and therefore waisted my whole day. A day that could be used more effectively since I require an extensive amount of medical care. So instead of getting a proper alignment on my car, I have recieved the most disrespect out of any company or service. To the fellow brothers in the military. Do not go to the location or this business. You will be wasting your time and effort. To the owner: I demand a public apology. Your actions are unacceptable and demeaning. There are better ways to handle customer conflict. No need to make it a race thing. I went to your business, because I belive you bring the best value, but no amount of discount never make me stoop down to your level that you were showing today.
