It was a battle between Varsity and the sub contractor as the sub was not going to fix their shotty workmanship. Side note: my neighbors are having the same concrete issue and are experiencing the same issue with getting it fixed. After a couple months the sub finally fixed their work but in the process tore up our front lawn, damaged several feet of newly installed concrete curbing, damaged our landscaping and sprayed concrete all over the front windows and some oily spray up the side of the house and bushes. I called Gabby, who was handling the situation, and text her pictures of the damage. She called back to inform that she will call the sub contractor. She called us back to inform they knew they had caused damaged but never told anyone. Gabby informed they would fix everything. They sent out Kaden Landscaping to fix the broken sprinkler heads and he was none too friendly. Then they repaired some of the holes in the yard with new sod. At our own expense we had to have the house front and side cleaned due to concrete splatter, concrete dust and some oily substance. We also had to repair track marks in our lawn from the subs equipment. This was four months ago. I have called and text Gabby about the rest of the repairs but she will not return my calls or text. I am hoping this review will get the ball moving to get our repairs made.

Despite Small Claims and Superior Court settlement decisions against him, he has taken no action to return that down payment.
