I recently joined the Kenmore team because I was tired of being a property manager. I brought them…read morea completely remodeled property. Everything was freshly painted inside and out. When I walked through it with them, we discussed how they would be a little move in cleaning cleaning, since everything was brand new. I expected that agreement to be honored When I got the cleaning bill, I was dismayed. I was charge for full cleaning as if it was a move in disaster. WhenI inquired they told me three cleaning staff had to mop the newly painted already mopped floor five or six times. That is a complete fabrication or they were milking the job. I had a witness with me before they cleaned and took pictures so I disputed this claim. Kenmore operations refuses to do any kind of dispute, resolution, even though we discussed the lower cleaning rate, New customers might want to check out the dispute resolution process as so far my emails are ignored by the operations manager, with no response after disputing for two months. My issue is basic principle. I do not like it when people take it advantage of me or not honoring agreements. I am keeping my eyes open as this is my first experience with Kenmore Team. I have had to work with the operations team on Appliance Repair, and we have had a modicum of success there. I am just I'm unhappy about the lack of dispute resolution and complete lack of communication regarding my concern. I guess I'm just supposed to suck it up when they thrust bills on me that I don't agree with.

We were in a difficult situation and Todd assured us he could help and he did! It took tries at a couple different programs available to him but he never gave up and finally found a solution that worked. He helped get some necessary work done on the home and found a buyer in a very reasonable time. We even came out of the deal with a little money in out pockets! I can't recommend Todd and his team highly enough, he is very good at what he does. Thanks, Todd !

I almost foreclosed on my house due to his negligence. He…read morecalled a company without my permission and sent me the bill!! This company inspected the septic system. Although the septic works, there was drainage problem. Anyhow, this delayed the sale of the house another several months, (I had to kick the tenants out) because he wanted to find a bid to connect the septic to the city sewer. He told me it'll be $4500, but it was $17,500. Finally, I found a cash buyer on the house for much lower, just so I wouldn't foreclose on this house.

Jeff promised we would hit the final closing date or we (the sellers) could have his buyer's earnest money that was being held by escrow due to the extra expenses we have incurred. In a hot market, I trusted this guy and in good faith I kept paying for a vacant house for three extra months. If this guy approaches your selling agent with an offer, get everything in writing.

We have been very pleased with many of the choices we made especially the custom green beige stucco color. Stonecrest has a show room of tile, carpet, cabinets, etc. so it's easy to pick out the colors and match them to different rooms. We appreciated all the options and advice from everyone at Stonecrest. Being that I can't really talk on the phone with small children running around, it was nice how patient and transparent they were with their answers. They worked very well with my insurance and carefully detailed in the paperwork how everything was going to look. Being able to leave my key with them to get all the work completed and not have to worry about a thing was great, too. Trustworthiness is an asset that they posses. After my floors were done, they helped me with a payment plan so I could pay cash on the remainder.
