She did a great job of helping us price it right and setting up the sales process. The drone video she created for us was amazing! We got a full price offer within 4 hours of listing it! I expected that agreement to be honored When I got the cleaning bill, I was dismayed. I was charge for full cleaning as if it was a move in disaster. WhenI inquired they told me three cleaning staff had to mop the newly painted already mopped floor five or six times. That is a complete fabrication or they were milking the job. My issue is basic principle. I do not like it when people take it advantage of me or not honoring agreements. I am keeping my eyes open as this is my first experience with Kenmore Team. I have had to work with the operations team on Appliance Repair, and we have had a modicum of success there.
