When I walked through it with them, we discussed how they would be a little move in cleaning cleaning, since everything was brand new. I expected that agreement to be honored When I got the cleaning bill, I was dismayed. I was charge for full cleaning as if it was a move in disaster. WhenI inquired they told me three cleaning staff had to mop the newly painted already mopped floor five or six times. That is a complete fabrication or they were milking the job. I had a witness with me before they cleaned and took pictures so I disputed this claim. My issue is basic principle. I do not like it when people take it advantage of me or not honoring agreements. I am keeping my eyes open as this is my first experience with Kenmore Team. I have had to work with the operations team on Appliance Repair, and we have had a modicum of success there.
