About a week ago we had the electricity go out in two adjacent bathrooms. I thought it might be a…read moreswitch that tripped, but I couldn't see one. I felt it was definitely out of my wheelhouse by then. Checked around and contacted Ray. He came to the house within a couple of hours and after inspecting the system found loose connections, an improperly fitting breaker. Fixed all of that and now everything is working fine, and all the other connections checked and in good shape. Ray was punctual, excellent communication. He responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry, and after setting up a time window for the estimate he texted me to see if he could come early! Worked carefully, thoroughly, explained everything and I feel like not only is the problem solved, but possibly a future problem averted. Very professional and respectful.
