She started to argue with my husband about it and told him that maybe she should come to our house and crap in our living room. How is that even the same thing as wearing a mask? I then took my kids out of the store to let him finish checking out. Brittany wanted to keep arguing with him and he then told her he was a veteran so she would apply the discount. She then tells him that he doesn't deserve the discount. He is a combat veteran so why doesn't he deserve the discount just like every other veteran or military person? Who is she to make that decision?The manager Joe was called and we were basically told the employee did nothing wrong and he would not do anything about her behavior because he wasn't there to witness her say these things. Why doesn't she go and fight for our country and then she can talk.. Also then my husband was trespassed. They would rather trespass people who stand up to their horrible employees than deal with the issues. I'v never seen such harsh mask requirements and even for people who medically can't wear them but Ace will not serve ANYONE Who does not wear one. We will just shop somewhere else that treats their customers with respect. There are plenty of other place around town. This is just another example of our freedoms being taken away. And employees thinking they can treat people however they want. Stay far away from this store.

Selection varies. My only complaint is related to their loading area. I purchased 5 carts worth of building supplies and had to load a hundred feet away because the loading zone was filled with parked trucks. Many home depot's have moved to loading zones only.

I tried to respond and the AI Chat on Probuild kept disconnecting after less than 2 minutes requiring entering all the text again, and again. So I tried to find a phone number? Those are hidden apparently. When I did find the number for the local store ProBuild desk I tried to call several times and never got a connection, let alone a person or robot. The last time I was inside the store I was looking for a storm door lock set and when I asked for assistance the clerk was clueless! I wound up searching over an hour to find the lock comparable for my front storm door Lowe's has no, nada, zero customer service! Not even working AI - except for placing an order and taking payments!
