She started to explain she wanted it looked at and he said, again, "you need to pay the money!" You either pay or take it and go somewhere else". I was flabbergasted. He proceeded to tell her he's a volunteer and doesn't need to take her being rude to him. (She wasn't at all!) She told him in a nice low keyed voice that he was getting worked up and he was the one being rude. He told her to GET OUT OF MY STORE! She said she has a hard time with memory and he cut her off and said, "I don't want to hear your problems or story of your life. NOW GET OUT. I went to interject as it was clearly getting out of hand and before I got a word out he told me to get out. Both of you leave this store! Then he threatened to call the police. We left but I really wanted him to call the police. Problem was, I was working.
