He quoted me $115 per hour but charged me $200 and only said there was a fee $50 & wanted $50 deposit. They charged $100 to wrap 2 small pieces of glass that were 10"× 5" and left them on counter after 2 trips to storage. They didn't return my key to storage lock. Smashed fragile boxes labeled FRAGILE, charged me for moving boxes they bought way cheaper at hardware store I gave them details for, broke a box of sentimental antique vases, didn't say anything to me. He swept some most of it into a trash bag, put trash bag with broken glass on back porch instead of the trash bin. I know they knew where trash bin was bcuz they filled up one of the brand new boxes of mine that they overcharged me for with someone else's belongings nd linens, holiday fabric and wall hooks next to my trash bin in front yard with an empty plastic wrap dispenser I saw them wrap my 2 items with on top of the box. I have an infant who rolls around on his walker 9 months old and they the movers left huge chunks of broken glass throughout dining room. I finally asked did u just break my vases? He said yeah and walked away. I have messaged them asking fir my key back. They 1st promised to bring it back next day, never heard back fir several days so i suggested they mail it back. Week later he asked for my address and I said it should be on file but gave it to him. They moved my things April 22, 2024. I still have no storage key back. I have no response as to why they overcharged me. Nothing! So if anything is missing and more things are broken i will be reporting it to multiple agencies. One of the guys was on his phone a lot. They charge me hourly and were handling other things on our dollar. We provided them lunch, drinks and trusted they would do a good job. The only thing I can say was that they appeared to pack items not wasting an inch of space. Unpacking took an hour maybe but packing truck took them all day. I feel like they took their time intentionally trying to jack up the hourly rate. They were to arrive 930-1030 but didn't leave until 930 from Temecula so im not sure if that counts as being on time or late but they could've let me know. When they arrived I asked the driver if he was the owner I had been communicating with and he Said yes. Later on that afternoon I find out I had been texting the actual owner. All my texts were going to the owner instead of the mover driving the truck so when I had sent the gate code the owner never sent movers the code until half hour later. So theres more time i was charged waiting for my messages on moving day not getting to right person in a timely manner. 7.5 hrs $135/hr invoice says but messages he sent me said $115/hr. Charged me $1876+1293=3169 $135/hr 1st trip 7.5hrs$1876??????? Less than 2 hrs 2nd load invoice says $200/hr =$1293 $200=hr =$3,169 is what was paid!!!!! Overcharged, no explanation, no response, no returned key. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I trusted YELP but never again. read more

It is unfortunate that they not only messed up My fence but then failed to answer my calls and e-mails to do the right thing and fix it. They bent my fence post to my brand new house and also chipped my door. I didn't want to make a huge deal or even leave this but they literally left me no choice. So, I'm using Yelp's "request a quote" feature. I'm trying to arrange a piano move from one part of SoCal to another. I'm not entirely spun up on the whole process, but I understand pianos require special handling when being moved. I don't entirely feel up to the task of doing this on my own so I decided to get professional assistance. This was a quick transaction that gave me pause and ultimately left me concerned that Power Moving 24/7 wasn't the best choice. Michael G. responded to my Yelp request stating they were booked. I found that odd because when I filled out the request form, I checked "I'm flexible". How can you be booked for an appointment window that's undefined? Either my request wasn't read or even if I was flexible, Power Moving is so backed up they can't help anyone for the foreseeable future. That's enough of a red flag for me to know that I'd probably be better off elsewhere. read more

If we can give zero stars we would... this review is from my 75 yr old mother who entrusted this company for their move on Saturday, June 15, 2024! I really do not have the words, this is what I heard from Ra for 5 hours while waiting for the movers to show up and move our household on Saturday the 15th of June. This was the most unacceptable and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. We requested the quote spoke to Ra several times in advance and then were told oh you needed us today? The company sent a young man to pack the kitchen on Friday, he showed up 4 hours late, packed 14 boxes ( and I use the word pack lightly) ran out of packing material, promised to be back Saturday at 9 with the moving crew. Insisted I pay him $736 dollars for the kitchen pack, I reluctantly paid $550 and told him balance would be paid when job was done. Saturday I spoke to Ra every half hour from 9:30 am to 1pm. My house was 3278 sq feet and they showed up at 1:05 to move us!!! I called Ra told him I found someone else and would expect a full refund of the $550. He said he did not blame me and he had no words. No one will answer calls from me or my daughter now. The only words I have are "do not hire these dishonest, highly unprofessional people !!" I will be seeking other means to remedy this issue and get my $550 rightfully returned!!!! read more

Wonderful moving company! The guys were very professional, friendly and patient. On the day of the move, we were super busy with not only moving but also coordinated a moving sale at the same time. The guys wrapped everything very carefully and double check that they were grabbing the correct items since we were also selling items. They really moved fast! Once they were all ready to roll to our next destination they unfortunately ran into a hiccup, their truck was stalled for a couple of hours but they kindly did not charge us for that down time. We understood nothing is perfect and patiently waited. Once they were up and going again, they moved very effectively. This company is very reasonable compared to other competitors in the area. They were very slow, they damaged my rental, they damaged my furniture, they took of of my tools on accident, they had no knowledge of disassembly of furniture. I was credited $100 for the damage to the rental I was in but I'm now finding damage to multiple pieces of furniture now that I'm unpacking. The movers were nice even if they weren't knowledgeable and the manager called to check up throughout the move though. Scheduled our move for the 25th of August between 9:45 and 10:45am. We agreed to the $89 per hr with the 4 hr minimum, not seeing in the last confirmation a few days before that this was a cash only price and the hourly rate went up to $99 for paying by card. Movers almost an hour past the later arrival time. We had a very large, heavy gun safe(we informed them of this during our initial quote process) that needed to be included. The 2 men who arrived were ill equipped to handle the safe, not having the correct type of truck or dolly. My husband and I had to assist them in loading and unloading it(this is the main reason we hired movers to begin with). We had already prepared all of our items to move except 3 recliners, washer/dryer which needed to be wrapped and our brand new sleep number bed that needed to be disassembled and wrapped. All boxes had already been moved(we were moving things to storage). and all other furniture items in the home were already wrapped and ready to move. We explained to the gentlemen that we needed help disassembling the bed and they said they knew how. An hour after they began what we thought was disassembling the bed, they started down the stairs with the entire bottom portion of the bed intact(this is a motorized adjustable bed) and got it stuck in the landing, causing them to have to try and get it back upstairs, which they could not. They had to disassemble the bed as we originally requested and broke the foot rail in two pieces. Once we were finally loaded( after 5 hours), we went to storage and had to wait for them to go to lunch and return. We had not even had the opportunity to eat ourselves yet. Once they arrived, we jumped in to help get everything into storage. My husband and I were taking items up and loading them to make the process go faster. We felt like they were slowing down to get more money from us. We finally finished and it came time to pay. We were charged 'drive time' which was never mentioned, the $99 per hour( I guess that is my mistake). we asked if we could pay partially in cash to drop the rate for those hours and were told no. We asked for consideration for the over 2 hours they spent breaking our bed and us helping with the safe and we were told no help there either. We requested they note our bed was broken so we could ask for reimbursement later. We contacted Ra in order to let him know what happened a few days later. We asked for reimbursement for the bedrail($150 plus shipping) and for the 2 hours we spent helping reimbursed. Our movers told Ra that we requested the bed not be disassembled, which we informed him was not true. He was willing to negotiate and we received $275 back instead of the full $350, which did not make us whole in our eyes, but it was better than nothing. So , in the end, it took 8 hours(with my husband and I helping) to move: 2 Dressers(already wrapped) 2 Nightstands(already wrapped) 3 Recliners Washer/Dryer King Sized Bed Book Shelving Unit 3 TVs(already packed) Gun Safe Dining room set(already disassembled and wrapped) small floor lamp a few small misc items read more

The "random movers" were absolutely horrible with dropping our boxes and taking forever to pack our truck.
