Coffee lovers, this one's for you!…read more I've officially made it to both Trio Coffee House locations, and they've been consistently amazing every time. Today's order: a Spanish Latte + Banana Matcha, and they were absolutely incredible. Fast service, even with a packed café, cozy vibes, and drinks that actually live up to the hype. This is your sign to treat yourself. 10/10. Already thinking about my next visit.

First, definitely plan to spend some extra time here because the food and drinks can take a while to come out. The raspberry hibiscus tea especially doesn't taste as fresh as it used to. It almost has an "old" taste to it, and I'm not sure if they changed the syrup or the way it's made, but it definitely doesn't taste the same as it did when they first opened. I've also noticed that the coffee is very inconsistent. Even when I order the exact same drink, it seems to taste different every time. Some days it's really good, and other days it tastes completely different. I'm sharing this because I genuinely used to enjoy Trio, and I'd love to see the consistency and quality return to what it was when they first opened. Do try the turkey and Pesto croissant as that's the only that tastes amazing each time I get it!

They tried to explain that they make their drinks fresh daily, but that's not the issue. I'm talking about the specific drink I was given, which had been sitting out instead of being freshly made. Milk-based drinks shouldn't be left sitting out like that. Once I drank it on my ride home, it tasted watered down and definitely wasn't fresh. I ended up having to drive all the way back just to ask for a replacement. The only reason I found out that another customer didn't want it is because they told me, when I went back to ask for a replacement.
