I like this location more than others because of the bigger parking lot, more seating options (including an upstairs area and outdoor seating), and I've also received better service here compared to other locations. The place is simply decorated, and it honestly is a solid spot if you're looking to crank out some work or meet with colleagues/friends. It does get pretty crowded so it's better to get an early head start if you can, especially on the weekends. In terms of their drinks, my favorite is the blueberry lavender matcha latte. It's on the sweeter side and has a floral aftertaste, but the flavors mix really well together. I typically get their matcha drinks or teas because I'm not a fan of coffee, but my friends that are coffee fiends are fans of the various coffee drinks here. Compared to other cafes, I feel like the cost of the drinks is standard, but the prepared food and pastries are on the steeper side. Still a great spot, I enjoy coming for the atmosphere and biscuits!

The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil. I like that this location serves the avocado toast with a knife and fork cause it was much needed. It was a bit on the wet side. Maybe I should ask for light herb oil next time. For how much this avocado toast cost, I would have liked more avocado. The avocado was more of a spread, not whole slices of avocado. Still good, just an observation. The blueberry lavender matcha was okay. I could taste the lavender but it was overpowering the matcha and the blueberry was hard to detect at all. Honestly the location and plentiful seatings is what stood out most from this experience. I would consider coming back since I know their products are good from trying their other locations but I wouldn't get the drinks I ordered this time. For how expensive coming here was, I wish I was a little more satisfied.

The place is spacious with some tables, benches, high table and small bar area. My fave is the Monkey Matcha ($7.50) which has banana cream. It goes so well with matcha. I have gotten the latte with banana cream as well as this is excellent too. The croissants here are huge. I like the matcha one. With good AC, spacious area, light music, excellent matcha n coffee and delish snacks, this is a very cool place to visit n chill or maybe get some work done.

I noticed a slow trickle of people coming in, eventually, filling every table. It was an easy, simple Sunday morning. The energy of the restaurant was very relaxed and not stressful at all. The tables and chairs are fairly old and well used. Our server had little to no words for us, which was fine. She gave us a kind look. We had ordered a breakfast burritos, eggs, bacon, coffees all around, and an omelette. The food came out a few minutes later. Very quick, but hot and crisp. I wasn't a fan of my latte and their house coffee was a bit watery. I did enjoy my breakfast burrito and bacon. My dad enjoyed his breakfast platter, too. My fiancé's omelette was okay and wasn't fantastic. We finished our meal rather quickly and left. It's nice to have a local breakfast restaurant that has been well loved by the neighboring residents. They had a variety of music playing from pop to r&b and even some catchy filipino songs. And it was at a good volume where I didn't feel distracted from my work. For drinks, I ordered the sweet corn cream matcha ($7) and my friend ordered the ube matcha latte ($6). We both asked for oat milk sub and it was an additional $1. Both drinks had just the right amount of sweetness but the matcha flavor itself was missing for me. I did slightly prefer the corn over the matcha. The drinks were iced but we received them warm and even after waiting for the ice to melt, the drink never got cold and maybe that is what created some kind of lack of taste for me. Overall it's a good place to get some work done, but the matchas wouldn't be my first choice, I'll probably try a coffee the next time.
