They've earned their reputation the old-fashioned way: by being straight shooters and standing by their word. They don't rely on fancy ads; word of mouth keeps them busy, and for good reason. My neighbor Gene in Temecula who referred me to Ray, with a farm and equipment of his own, trusts him completely. After dealing with Ray myself, I see why. The pricing is exactly what he says it will be, no surprises. They work hard, they're honest, and they take real pride in what they do. They're also proud Americans, you can feel it the minute you him. Just good, solid people running a family business the right way. If you want reliable work and straight talk, this is where you go. We ended up having to cancel the day after our first call, because our washer company required us to use another repair company, but Kevin still took the time to follow up and even helped us troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Meanwhile, the other company never returned our calls to fix the problem which they supposedly fixed which we worked for over a month. Kevin's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help in just 2 days working with him, even after we canceled, really stood out. We'll definitely be calling him for any future repairs, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service! Thank you again Kevin & KW!

I called on that Friday and Kevin answered saying he could come on Monday because he had already left the area. He arrived shortly and fixed the issue in a matter of 10 minutes. I offered to give him Christmas treats as a thank you, since it was covered under warranty, and he laughed and said he had had enough. Kevin is THE MAN!!

Rafael, Kimberly were all very helpful. Usually I am very skeptical about local appliance stores. I…read moreusually get appliances from Costco or Homedepot or Lowe's. However after purchasing a few appliances here, I am SOLD. 1. I bought a washer, dryer, and dishwasher Appliance from this store over a year ago. All 3 appliances are running good so far with no issues. (Wanted to get a fridge too, but they didn't have the size I needed). 2. Sales associates are helpful. They were not pushy and are pleasant to heal with. 3. Delivery can be done on the same day sometimes. I am a property manager, if a unit has an issue, I cant wait for days or weeks to get appliances replaced. I need them the same day. 4. They go the extra mile for client. Last year, i bought a dishwasher without even going there. Rafael helped me choose one and texted me a photo. And delivered the unit the same day. Unfortunately Appliance Outlet would not install it because the current dishwasher Angel valve was old. Long story short, we installed the dishwasher on our own, but we left the old unit in the garage and forgot about it. I called appliance outlet a year later, Kimberly answered, I asked if I could pay $50-$75 to get the old unit hauled away. They normally don't do that but made an exception for me and only charge the normal low haul away fee. Thank you Appliance Outlet, if I need another appliance, I'll be sure to call you guys first. And I highly recommend them if you need appliance and good customer service. One delivery on the washer and dryer was bad though in 2025, I was watching, the driver scratched the washer's door real bad on the dolly. I recommend you guys to cover the washer with a thick moving blanket before putting it on the dolly. I hope management had addressed this issue.
