I bought a brand new Tesla Model Y, and before taking delivery, spent an entire week after work researching nearly 25 PPF and tint shops in the Bay Area from Burlingame to Campbell and as far east as Fremont. I ended up taking my vehicle here to get window tint on all windows and a full front PPF. What made me choose Auto Pro was 3 things: * Price - they were the most competitive of the shops I called * Communication - Sarah is very polite and prompt in her communication, which not many shops had a dedicated front desk staff * Reviews - the ratio between review quantity and quality was a huge confidence boost. Scheduling and turnaround was super quick. I got my car in on Tuesday, and picked it up on Friday. Quality is TOP NOTCH. I ended up bringing my vehicle to another shop to get ceramic coating with another brand, and the installer at that shop approached me and commented on how well the PPF was applied. Apparently there are a lot of issues and complications with installing PPF on the new Model Y "Juniper", and was told that a lot of Model Ys who had their PPF done elsewhere had seams in the film or did not tuck behind trim or components, exposing film edges. Service is fantastic. I pointed out some issues on pickup, and Byron assured me they'd be gone after it cured. I also noted a scratch on the film install when I got home and that I somehow missed during pickup - I promptly left Sarah a message and she told me to bring it in to inspect. Byron was able to replace it and made me feel respected - that they treat you as a valuable customer post-sale (some shops try to gas light you into issues). Bottom line, I'd highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for PPF and window tint install. I wish they had something else besides CeramicPro, otherwise I would've done everything in one stop.

I then brought my car back to Auto Pro to have the PPF replaced. When I picked up my car, it was even newly washed and vacuumed! It looked cleaner than the day I bought it. AutoPro also installed ceramic tint which makes such a big difference. All the Tesla windows and glass roof gets really hot in the Bay Area sun, having them all tinted is a must. I also got my lights blacked out just for fun. Auto Pro made it all happen for me! Sarah answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the progress. She's so sweet and easy to communicate with via text, which is a plus for me! I felt comfortable leaving my car with them for those couple of days and honestly, I don't think I would trust anyone else. And if you look at the other expensive luxury cars they're working on in their garage, that tells you that they really do top quality jobs.

I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. Steven Ramirez is an honest and down to earth person and I'm glad to know him. My car wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!

The wrap job is best in the Bay, everything is so tucked, no one believes it's wrapped. I have to open the doors to show them. The finish is incredible. The staff are top notch professionals. Seamlessly functioning, capable and knowledgeable. Joe, the owner, is really good at describing exactly how things will turn out. Very helpful when in getting the exact look you want the on the first try. And very passionate about doing it perfectly. Also experts in vinyl, tinting and ceramic coating.
