I just had the worst service ever by 2 employees inside of this AutoZone that they had me screaming…read moreand cussing at the top of my lungs at them. Michael G and some retard named Sheldon !!!!!! I walked in politely and simply asked them.." If I could bring my battery in to be tested and charged ?? They then proceeded to ask me where was the battery was it in the car under the hood??? I was like excuse me ??? One said is it in the car I said yes he then ask me Under the hood ???? What ???? Excuse me sir did u not hear what I ask ??? I'm looking at the both like they crazy ??? Then Michael says yes to my blank stare that I can bring it in. So I get the battery Michael test it says it too low to test , then looks at me and I'm looking at him , they it click I can put it on the charger ....ddduuuuhhhhhhh........ He printed my ticket and told me it would take about a hour. I said ok thank you. But b4 leaving I ask the both of them did I ask the question wrong cause I couldn't understand why they would think that the battery was under the hood of the car ??? Sheldon goes on to say some blah blah blah stuff to me that didn't make any sense and then I asked him, can't u just say that u didn't hear what I ask ?? He rolled his eyes at me and I left. Not even 20 minutes later , Sheldon calls my phone and tells me that my battery was no good and I could come pick it up ??? Whaatt ??? That fast ?? I told him that I knew that they were gonna do something like that because they ain't like that I questioned them about they ignorance . So I go get the battery, talk to a handsome nice professional black guy with a salt and pepper beard and told him the situation . I was upset but he was listening to my vent patiently and understanding. Then Shelon walk from the back when he hears me talking and stands in the area we were talking mumbling under his breath to another customer about me. I question him and he starts talking smack now the both of us are going back and forth in the store, I'm clearly upset about the whole situation from jump and her Sheldin is arguing back and forth with a 55 year old woman and cussing at that. I told him nit to worry about what I was doing with the Bice guy and take care of his customer in front of him but nnnoooo he's still talking smack at me and cussing. The worst service ever. Sheldon is a trash of a man and customer service. But to the guy that took care of me and carried the battery out to my car in the rain and apologized for Sheldon and Michael Gs buffoolery . They have a number you can text to earn $5 off any purchase of $25 or more. They have sales and rebates. Auto Zone is clean, parking is plentiful... And service is great! In a sea of auto parts store, for every good reason they stand out.

The male did acknowledge me entering. I bought wiper blades. During the time I was there and checking out the store had closed. As we walked to the door he said he had to lock the door. I asked if he was going to install the blades. His flat response was "we're closed." So poor.

But there is no substitute for your car starting up at all times. They also have a good nationwide warranty that I utilized out of state once. I've come to this location about 2 - 3 times. Didn't know they existed, as I was driving all the way down to Woodland. Good service. Got a little pushback when I attempted to use my 10% off Yelp check-in. But after a phone call, it was cleared up, which allows for a positive review. Certainly plan to return as the need arises.

Once I found what was looking for ( headlight) I waited for someone to come unlock the item I needed. Both associates went to the commercial desk to process a drivers commercial order. As I strode at the end of the aisle waiting for service. I gave them 15 min to come help. I finally left and went down the street to Advance where I was in and out in 5 min. I understand being short staffed but not having an awareness of customers waiting is not acceptable, considering the store has everything locked up and is no longer self service.

The result a nice chip in the brand new, metallic black paint. After a lackluster touch up job by a mobile touch up company I set my goal to find someone who would do it right and not just be another car running through a mass market body shop. That's when I found Austin, and boy did he do an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations. From first meeting him at his shop and seeing his care for classic and new vehicles, I knew I made the right choice. He mocked up a quote and we settled on a date. The quote was extremely competitive too. During his look over he also noticed a scratch on the hood from what our guess was a rock at some point and I didn't expect that he'd take care of that too, but he did and not just a spray over, but actually finishing it right. I picked up my car about a week after dropping it off (I was traveling) and was nervous but also self reflective that I made the right decision and I definitely did. When I picked it up the quality of his work was absolutely pristine. The car looked just like it did when I drove it off the lot, not a single fleck out of place in the paint. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would, and now if I ever need repairs from an accident I know where to bring it.
