The patty was on the thin side which is not completely bad but I feel it could have used more seasoning as eating the rest of it I was craving more flavor. Unfortunately I felt it tasted dry. Halfway through eating the burger I decided to walk back up to them to simply ask for ketchup. I was taken aback when the guy stated "Why? Ketchup doesn't go on burgers" in a pointed tone. I just sort of played off his response and restated if I can get ketchup which I clearly saw sitting in the cart behind him. He gave me a "Yeah fine" response as I went ahead and severed myself a side of ketchup. I finished the rest of the burger with ketchup to give it some moisture but I was already unhappy with the experience overall. I'm trying to be open minded to maybe this is a one off experience but to go from excited to try this place I found on TikTok, to a disappointing burger and stand-off-ish service, I don't think I will be trying this place again.
