Went to dinner with friends tonight after having such a great experience there last week. Everything except the pizza and Jumbo Ravioli was off. House salad with watery blue cheese, gross. Hardly tasted of blue cheese. Three $39 Filets ordered. Two requested Medium Well, one Medium. The Medium was solid brown well done. One of the Medium Well was worse off. Lacked flavor too. Update: 3.1.2025 - We got a call back from the General Manager a week ago. She said she was still trying to get in touch with the owners. Hard to believe that the owners are that hard to get in touch with and if so, that they don't provide their GM with the authority and latitude to correct an issue of this magnitude. My sister has still not heard back from her. This is really unacceptable service from a GM. Original post: I was visiting relatives in Yuma, February 15. I went with a group, of 9, to Pour Behavior to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was nice, the food good and our wait person did a great job. In fact, because the two pizzas we ordered came out after the rest of the food, they comp'd them. Nice gesture. The problem came after we left the restaurant. Two of us used the QR code to pay our tab. A 20% gratuity, for a large party, was already added to the tab when we received our paper copy. That was fine too. When we both checked our email after leaving the restaurant we were charged a duplicate 20% gratuity. Neither of us authorized the additional gratuity. The total amount of the additional, for both of us, was less than $20. We went back to the restaurant the next day and spoke to a person who said she was the General Manager. This is where things went REALLY wrong. She immediately told us that our server had gotten the extra tip money and she would call the server to see if she would bring the extra money back in to us. That seemed extreme as the server had no idea there was a problem in the QR code. It was not her fault at all. She then said that we must have selected an additional tip amount. We did not. I said that it would be fine to provide a gift card in lieu of refunding us the small sum. Then the GM said that she would have to ask the owners if she could do that. She further explained that the restaurant didn't have anything to do with the QR code system. That can't be true, as it's tied directly to their system, as a convenience for their customers. She finished the conversation with getting our contact information and saying she would contact the owners to see what she could do and get back to us. That hasn't happened yet. Our biggest concern was that other people, who used the QR code for payment, in a large group, would be subject to the same double tip. Our second concern was that the GM didn't have the customer service training to at least thank us for bringing it to her attention. Instead, she basically made us feel like we were an inconvenience for even bringing the subject up. What a disappointing ending to an otherwise nice evening. read more

First there is no beer menu, you need to list the beers offered, their IBU number, alcohol content and where the beer was made. It would be nice to have bar height stools in the patio area to see over the back fence. Great wait staff and outstanding food! We will be back soon. read more

We love the atmosphere here. It's somewhat unique for Yuma. The staff is welcoming. The food is good, but the menu is somewhat limited. I did have to send back my fries as they were stale. The replacement fries were warm, but slightly undercooked. The time to be waited on and to get a beer and a glass of wine was almost 20 minutes. We've been here at least 5 times, but will probably not return. It's always just a little disappointing. read more

Excellent ambience especially Thur-Sat evenings. Great place for a night of drinks and Italian influenced tapas and entrees. Excellent filet mignon and porkchops as well as assorted sandwiches, burgers and pizza. Still working out some kinks but excellent place to meet up with friends or a date. Food was amazing. Try the lasagna for sure it's the best thing in the menu. The cannolis were the best desert. Staff was very friendly and incredibly attentive. Drinks were top notch. The manager walked around and checked on everyone table. Very professional team especially for Yuma. Even the host ladies treated us when we walked in and left and seemed genuinely happy to be at work and greet people. Dylan was our server and she did great. She caught the small things like brining extras straws after finished drinks were taken. Cleared plates as needed without being asked. Food was great went there 3 times the two weeks I stayed in Yuma. Modern up to date building. I has the pork chop one night but so did the person I was with wanted one. However, there was only one to be had. It was excellent. One night I had the lasagna and the last night I had the steak both where quite good. The service was top notch. Although the parking lot was pretty full, we got a table for four immediately. We were promptly served by Tanner. He was friendly and welcoming. I had the PB pizza which was amazing. It's been about six years since we've had pizza that came close to tasting this good. Wife had the shrimp and pasta dish. She said it was delicious and just the right amount. We were with our friends who had been here once before. They loved their food also. We all declared that Pour Behavior will be our go to place in Yuma. the environment is great. food tasted delicious. they should have a kid go around refilling water and tea and drinks. the food comes out in pieces in different times and not enough waiters or waitresses to attend the table due to thirst. They could also have another kid that goes around and picks up dirty dishes. I have seen the general manager working her but off back and forth from kitchen to table so great job but I do think they need more help. food tasted really good. I went last night & I'm sad to say it was not what I expected. For appetizer I got the tomato and basil bruschetta which was wayyy too garlicky / salty for anyone to stand. For entree I got the salmon, the salmon was ok but the mashed potatoes once again toooo much garlic. My partner got a plain buffalo chicken sandwich & that her order was messed up .. besides the burger wasn't great either. I see potential in this restaurant but please go easy on the seasons and the GARLIC. Do not think I will go back but it was worth a try. read more

We have been here twice. The most recent visit was 25 Aug. The food on both occasions was good and almost great. I like the menu. It is definitely a few notches up from just a. "bar". It has a more upscale and comfy atmosphere. The server was the same both times. She unfortunately didnt seem to be knowledgeable of cocktails, alcohol, or other items on the menu. I am sure she will Get better with experience. In all fairness, others (maybe a a manger?) was visiting tables to check on food and service. If we run into the server issue again I will definitely make sure the manager is aware To improve some training. I hope this place is successful, it is a great concept and a bit different from any other place in Yuma. They definitely spent a lot of money remodeling the building and it shows. read more

July 3rd was my 2nd time here. Had to come back for those Grandma's Meatballs. They are exceptional with a little kick to them. Then my friend and I shared the lasagna. We still had to take a doggy bag. The owner, Anthony, came over and spoke to us. It was very refreshing to hear him talk about the food and his ideas for the restaurant. We order the stuffed fried zucchini flowers as appetizers a little bland for our taste the batter needed a little more flavor to it, did come with marinara sauce which helped a lot. Also order the PB & Traditional PMD pizza the first time they came out it had a burnt/ash taste, we did mentioned it to a young lady who was walking around asking if everything was okay, second round of pizza's that came out were a lot better the taste was so good, the dough was on point, Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices. Despite opening at 3 they do not start serving food until 4. That was the first disappointment we had. We ordered the salmon, filet mignon, Italiano sandwich, pizza, lasagna, ravioli and the cannoli. The portion sizes for appetizers were very small for the price however they were ok. Our salmon was too mushy and the mashed potatoes were very cold and had too much garlic. The pizza was good but that was it. Others may find the cannoli good but it certainly was not for me, it lacked a sweet taste as if someone forgot to put in the sugar. I have never tasted a cannoli like that, let's just say it was NOT good. We will not be going back and not recommending anyone to go there. read more

My experience was horrible here. I went there after a long day on the river with some family and friends and we walked in they sat us and then took our drink orders right away. After waiting for our drinks for about ten mins then they come back to tell us that we need to leave because "we have obviously been out on the river all day and all of us are drunk" with that being said non of us were drunk but we did just get back from being at the river all day we were still in our river attire. Apparently the river attire and large group on a Sunday evening isn't what this restaurant wanted even though they are in a river town and it's the begining of summer. Horrible service, not family friendly, 10/10 worst spot to eat in Yuma. read more

we have been there twice in the last 3 weeks. great service, amazing food (especially the garlic fries) and the prices are very reasonable. Might be one of the best locations in Yuma. The owner was there on our first visit and stopped by our table to check on how everything was and to introduce himself. Nice to know that Management really cares about the food. His comment was to "let him know what wasn't good so that it could get taken care of." Would recommend this place and we will be going back again. read more
