Three sauce ravioli! Good lord their sauces are delicious!

Great News.... You can ask them to omit the jalapeño from the otherwise splendid Poke' Nachos. Our magnificent foodie waiter shared this tidbit too late but he made up for by providing dining recommendations for when family and friends and we head to San Diego! The happy hour food offering had good variety something for everyone. Drinks were yummy. The view here showcases Yuma at its Agricultural best! Good food nice drinks near the freeway! Out of towners need to be kept from knowing about this place so Yumas Locals and Winter Visitors can have it all to ourselves! Ha! Kinda joking!

I'm having the Three- Sauce Ravioli. Delicious but would prefer it hotter. Also I'd prefer it on a plate not a bowl. It was hard to cut. Love the happy hour menu all day Monday through Friday. See photo. Nice Chardonnay for only $5. Service was prompt. Nice ambiance but as my usual rant, I'm not enjoying the loud music. Whatever happened to background music - why do restaurants have to play loud blaring music.

I honestly really wanted to like this place. Sadly, tonight was really disappointing. The server seemed clueless about beers when my boyfriend asked about Guinness. And the beer list is online? You have to bring it up ON YOUR PHONE. Meanwhile there is a huge list of different types of gin/vodka/whiskey - maybe putting the beer list on the opposite side would be a good move? I know that cocktails are expensive but the price of a mixed drink was absolutely obscene. My gf's espresso martini was $13 and that was cheap compared to some of the drinks on the menu. Almost $20 for a cocktail is insane. The Italian nachos (we got before happy hour ended) were good I would definitely get those again. The entrees: I ordered the Italian sausage sandwich. It came with a giant mountain of fries (which were very good actually) but the sandwich was pretty puny. Tasty but puny. My boyfriend has the Mediterranean pizza. It was also....okay. I tried it. It was probably the only thing on the menu without meat. And maybe it was just the bite that I had, but for a wood fired pizza, the crust lacked that great chewiness and crispness that it should have had. My gf had shrimp scampi and she said it was also "okay". I don't eat shrimp so I can't confirm or deny. I was wearing a shirt that said "birthday girl" and the waitress, who was nice but deferred to my boyfriend when we first arrived. Not a good look. Eventually she noticed my shirt and excitedly asked "oh my gosh is it actually your birthday?!" I responded yesterday, and she came out with a dish of churros, which were as hot as (Dr Evil voice) MAGMA, and there was zero warning when I bit into one. Also, this place is dark. Really dark. It doesn't need to be that dark inside. Sitting outside would have been nice if we were given that option (we weren't). Overall the prices are stupid for what you get. The bill was $92 and for the amount of subpar, overpriced food that was a giant ripoff. Please do better. Start with bigger portions or lower prices. Make it brighter. Educate your staff on the beer list and for the love of everything holy, have a printed version. This could be a great place, and that could happen if there are some changes made.

I highly recommend Pour behavior. The entire staff is very welcoming, it's got a great vibe. This location is very spacious and great for dinner parties or celebrations. I really enjoyed the happy hour today. The nacho's were absolutely divine. We also enjoyed the ahi nacho's with crunchy won tons and fresh ahi. Julio was bartending and an absolute pleasure! We had the best time!

Great new place with a patio and wonderful view! It's rare to get elevated views from a restaurant or bar in Yuma. The service is personable, and the food options have something for everyone. The happy hour menu is on point serving nachos, sliders, quesadillas, poke and more! Will definitely come again!

We heard about Pour Behavior from friends who were raving about it. They weren't wrong. We stopped by for an early dinner, husband had 16 oz. Ribeye, with sweet potato mash and asparagus, and I had lasagna. I'm not exaggerating when I say the ribeye was perfection and the lasagna was the best I've ever had! I might add that lasagna is one of my top 5 favorite foods! We topped it off with the best cannolis ever! Yummm! Michelle, our server, was friendly and very attentive, checking back with us several times. We will definitely be back AND encourage others to try it as well.

This place is so cute. It's a little dark inside but once your eyes adjust it's okay. The staff is so kind. The food was absolutely amazing. My husband had the pork chop and said it was tender. Highly recommend to try it out!!

I'd post pictures but unfortunately I ate the visual aids. This is one of those hidden gems stashed…read morefrom Main St., and for a small restaurant, it packs a weapons grade A++ for the food and service. For those of us in Phoenix, we'll have to make the trip to Yuma, but it's worth making the drive for a day trip or doing an overnighter. I had the lasagna...an item that was taken off the menu but recommended by the owner (Mario) since they made some that day. It's gone now, and I savored every bite--sorry about that. Besides, a pic wouldn't do justice to the rich layers of piping hot, tender pasta sheets, slathered in hearty meat sauce and creamy béchamel and ricotta. If this is Italian comfort food, I'm all in with the way Mario's crew put this master piece on a plate. This also goes for the caprese, Cacio e pepe, margherita romana, along with the deserts like the tiramisu' de treviso, cherry cannoli siciliani, and even the bread basket is over the top. Again, apologies for the lack of photos, I will say that the visual appeal of each dish matched the flavors, so the food vanished before the thought of a photo op crossed my mind, and I savored every bite--errr, sorry about again. But if I had to make a statement describing the whole dining experience: "the gods smiled". To summarize: -Imported ingredients from Italy -Fresh vegetables -Mellow atmosphere -Service and dialog with Mario -Outstanding food Highly recommended! I'll take pictures and post them next time we dine here.

Autentico Sapore indeed! I'm so glad I finally ventured over. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon…read morefor lunch. The warm atmosphere inside can't be beat, friendly staff immediately greet you amongst wine filled walls and Italian treats all around. Located inside the Quarter Master Depot (Colorado River State Historic Park) you get to dine in a historic building that has been beautifully redone to feature this Italian venue. Mario's clear goal is to bring the authentic flavors of his home to you, here in Yuma. My mom and I shared the veggie salad, caprese antipasti (comes with delicious bread) , and a slice each from the slice menu. The textures and portions were just right (no watery or oversalted dishes here!) There's a great selection of Italian wines, and they even do wine tasting events! I'll be back sooner than later.
